This process has taken months, since August 2025. First they said the system would be installed by mid October 2025, then Mmid November 2025, now they're saying before the end of December 2025. Well, I've called continuously and their customer service is in the toilet!! We no longer want it. Worse thing is they got access to all our financial info. $60,000. Way overpriced. I declined to accept their offer in the late fall. I asked him not to contact me anymore and they persisted. the nerve to ask me if I had my installation on my own during the winter! They are rude and insulting. I will install it in my own time. I recommend anybody interested in to go to YouTube and see how easy it is. I was able to learn the best install, and i can do a better job for much less. I also inquired about battery and was quoted $16,000 and then $20,000 and I learned I can purchase something equivalent for $3500-$7000. I plan to install my own perhaps starting in the spring. Additionally, when I first signed up with a representative, I met Home Depot. I was assured my information would be kept private. Instead, it was immediately sold to other vendors who hounded me for quite a while. Unlike this company, when I ask them to stop they stopped contacting me. Finally, contacting some other people, including that used to work for this company, frequently gets somehow and you were charged your full bill for your electric plus the lease fee for the panels. So if you do do this, it is something you need to monitor constantly to make sure everything is functioning properly. So there is typically interruptions of a month or more before it is repaired. I was told they make up for that at the end of the year. I am skeptical. Once they have you on a lease contract, they have you by the balls. And you are very vulnerable. If you have the skills to install the structure, and the rails and then mount the panels. Then you need metal conduit with single strand 10 gauge wire for every row of panels leading back to your electrical panel. You can choose micro inverters at the Solar panels or larger inverters at your electrical panel. One thing I like about installing my I can plan for adding more panels later. I'd rather have an over abundance of panels than the limitation they place. One final point. The rebates you would think you would get do not apply to leasing. Horrible experience with them I should have gone with another provider. Promised no out of pocket for tree removal then was told they would pay the tree company directly. Then they said won't pay tree company till project done and service turned on. Their I was promised reimbursement because I had to pay the tree company. They shorted me on reimbursement. Roofing division shot 2 nails through the ceiling and they refused to pay for repairs, cracked ceiling in the living room and refused to pay for repairs, 2 bulbs from kitchen ceiling broke and they refused to pay for the replacement, cracked window on outside of kitchen and refused to pay for repair. Account payable nor anyone in the company will return calls. In addition, pieces of plastic strips still flap from under the shingles and Noone has come out to fix it even after telling the sales person, roofing manager and a rep who called me. When I found metal clips laying on the floor a week after installation I called Trinity about them and was told, "Those are wire clips just throw them out." I asked if someone can reinstall them I was again told to throw them out. As of today, I still have not received full reimbursement for tree removal as promised, have not received referral payment as promised. Horrible. Do not do business with these frauds. The salesman Bill made promises that were not kept. He said my electric bill would drop to just the $5 service fee and at the end of the year I would get money back from the electric company. It's been 7 months and my electric bill is still over $100 a month(in the winter) and I'm paying them $200 a month. I've called bill and trinity customer service. All I got from bill was an email saying the my solar is basically working. No talk about what he had promised. As for customer service I've called 5 times. First two times they said they would look into it and call me back. Never happened. I asked to speak to a manager but somehow he/she is always too busy but will call me the next day. Never happened. Now they just screen my call. I know this because I called with my phone and I was told I was 1st in line, waited 5 minutes then the automated voice system said I need to leave a message and it hung up on me. I called back and was told I was 1st in line again, then during the call I tried calling with my wife's phone and got right through. They are the worst!!! NEVER DO BUSINESSS WITH THEM!!!!! read more

worst company you can ever go to ... they lie to you in order to get you to go to solar .. when we signed up we were told we had to do anything in order to receive the rebates and offers from the goverment .. now 9 months later we haven't received anything and we call and we were told we have to apply to see if we get anything back.. we payed for a roof out of pocket thinking we were getting those incentives and as of right now nothing and to top it all of we don't make a 9,000 dollar down payment which we were getting because they were taking care of everything our solar bill is going to go up a lot .. this people lie to get you to go with them and lie through the whole process .. We just had solar panels installed by Trinity Solar last week and it was a very easy process from beginning to end. I've been contemplating solar for a couple of years, and we've had many companies knocking on our doors, but I never felt really quite ready to pull the trigger until Brent explained the process to me in a way that was very clear and understandable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was really comfortable with every detail along the way. Once we decided to get the panels, it was estimated 3 months before installation which was supposed to be at the end of this month, but they ended up installing EARLY! and the installation guys finished the installation in 2 days!!
