Recently my wife and I have been working with a mortgage broker to restructure the loan on our home. I came into contact with Robert at Trinity who offered to compare the terms provided by the other. Having worked with several mortgage companies in the past I fully expected Robert would want to try to sell us on the idea of walking away from deal we were working on with our current bank in order to use his service, but that didn't happen. Here is the Story Plan & Simple we gave Trinity Reality a lead to one of the homes being sold on our block so we could buy it & have them rep. us. Instead they got the listing & sold it to someone else for $15,000.00 less than my written Pre Approved offer!! I have real concerns about their ethics. I am only speculating I belive they did this cause I would not list them as my agent for the Purchase. For whatever the reason to sell to a lower bid is unheard of. The owners are the reps. & they are not nice people they are very judge mental you get this vibe from Francis when you meet her the way she gives her once over with her eye's and her words are very cold not typical of someone in sales. My husband and I bought a house listed by Trinity and we will never buy a house that they have listed. The house we bought had a lot of problems which were not disclosed and we have had to call the home warranty company three times in two months, which you have to pay 65.00 each time. The last time we had someone come out because there was no heat into the family room. Unfortunately they said they can't do anything about that because the duct work was done poorly and one of the ducts were completely closed off.
