I have used Trinity on two occasions. Once for knee surgery and once for a colonoscopy. Both of my experiences with the office and nursing staff were very good. The facility is clean, large waiting room, even complimentary charging station should those waiting need a top off for their phone. It can be chilly in the waiting room and they did warn us when confirming the appointment. Fine by me, I would rather that than be warm and stuffy. The nursing staff took good care of me, no problems whatsoever. Both doctors were good and other than one running behind schedule, no issues. Pro tip...always try to get the first appointment of the day! I saw a comment about charges after the fact because of polyps found during screening. I know that if polyps are found, there is a difference on whether some insurance will cover it as a screening, or a diagnostic, colonoscopy and your piece of the payment pie may change. I had a couple removed for biopsy so I guess I will find out how my insurance handles it. I don't think that is really on the surgery center, that's on how the system is. read more

I underwent a routine colonoscopy yesterday. All of my nurses were top-notch. It was evident that they loved their profession and where they are working. The only nurses I remember the names of are Rebecca and Lina. The nurse who assisted my anesthesiologist and surgeon was outstanding also. The receptionist did an excellent job also. The lobby is large and nice. My surgeon Dr Zafar and the anesthesiologist are amazing! I'm a medical professional myself and expect excellence and this surgery center delivers!! I was skeptical from their star review of 3.5, however, they are definitely a rock solid 5 all the way. Trust me, I have high expectations, and I would give them a 10 if I could :) read more

My Doctor uses this facility to perform his outpatient procedures. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff, from pre-assessment and registrations, to the procedure team including pre and post-op, and anesthesia. Especially the procedure team who assisted my Doctor. who made sure that I was comfortable before the two procedures. The only problem was with my Doctor who was an hour late. read more

The only thing patient feels before being put to sleep and remembers for ever is "starting the I.V". The assigned nurse tried once & failed, she asked the next person who supposedly should be better at it. Easy veins, got in, started the fluid, and I said "is it supposed to be hurting". She said it is fine. But 5 minutes later there was a big lump there. Then the anesthesiologist started it "with ultrasound", supposed to be fail proof. But minutes later again a lump. Luckily for the next one I was at least half asleep. My veins were/ are good and were not at fault. If the center cares about there reputation, this is the part where they should assign there best people. Unfortunately, patients don't get to choose the facility, doctor does. read more

These people are predatory on patients and their money. Scheduled my first colonoscopy here because I'm 45. Insurance told me everything was covered. These people told me everything looked great but they removed 1 polyp anyway. What they didn't tell me is they would use a 6k laser service to do so, especially when it wasn't necessary. Now, I have a 3k bill(non itemized) to cover something I never asked for and was never even clued into what price range that service would be. These people will take every dime they can from you and your insurance company. Tell them ahead of time that you want no extra work done without your approval before hand. Or, even better, may I recommend you find a place who isn't trying to make people go broke just for preventative care. Shame on them read more

I want to thank the wonderful nursing staff at this surgery center. Today I had to have a procedure and due to the covid protocols in place my husband was not allowed to be with me. The nurses ensured I was not alone and we had great conversations. I was truly uneasy not being able to see my person before being wheeled in, fear not my friends. Thank you!!!!! Came from Louisiana to have my son treated by Dr Meister at TMI , and why wouldn't I think the surgery center wasn't any less short of amazing . Great staff , organized . Our nurse was so supportive and informative to an already nervous 15yo , but explained things so well , being aRN myself I love when nurses do great ! If you have a Dr. In South Arlington and are going to have day surgery, make SURE that it is not here while they are under construction. It's HORRIBLE. Already nervous about having a procedure, I almost lost it while waiting. Extremely loud hammering, beeping of heavy machinery, dropping of something that must have weighed 1000 pounds. I almost left. The staff is nice and apparently have nerves of steel because they listen to it all day. I don't know how they do it. The entrance was not marked at all - no sign that said "we're under construction but come on in", " yes we're open right this way", NOTHING And, curiously, not a word was mentioned at the pre-op call. Once again - north Arlington better for most hospital and doctor services. I will choose more carefully next time. read more

Brought in my husband to get a procedure. Because of the COVID they said I need to wait in the car. Am waiting in the car now. It is 30 degrees outside. I have stage 4 cancer, stage 4 kidney failure. I in need to use the restroom, and they won't let me. As I am getting sick outside my car, the workers are just starring at me shaking their heads . The staff dies not care at all . I don't feel human. I do feel discriminated against . Racism at its best here. read more

Th procedure went well and the people that performed it were great. My problem is with the office staff. They do not answer the phone, you get sent to a voice mailbox. I have left numerous messages and never had them returned. If you don't have to deal with the office, great, but if you do be prepared for a nightmare. read more

This was my first time here and I had to have a D&C procedure done. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very kind. There was construction going on and lots of banging on the walls but it didn't bother me that much as I was far more concerned with what was about to happen during my procedure. We didn't wait that long, maybe about 20ish minutes, before being called back for my Pre-Op. All the nurses were really nice and informative as far as what they were going to be doing and what I should expect. The anesthesiologists was also really nice and his calm demeanor helped me relax as well. After waking up, my nurse, Courtney, was very attentive and so so sweet. I had a D&C today, a procedure that no one wants but the staff and doctors at the center were amazing. They made a horrible thing more comfortable and put me at ease. The lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) made it for a fast easy check in. My nurse Liz made getting ready for the procedure painless and easy. The anesthesiologist Dr Chan was very informative. My doctor Stephanie Pickle was excellent. My recovery nurse Courtney was outstanding. She was so compassionate and kind as I woke up not in the greatest of spirts while doing an amazing job informing us of the proper steps to take. I had an upper GI endoscopy today and I was feeling nervous and scared since this is my first time ever getting that procedure done and first time ever getting anesthesia. My nurse Liz took really good care of me before my procedure and answered all of my questions and the anesthesiologist was awesome he answered my questions and addressed my concerns and changed out my iv bag before he took me back. This was by far the best facility I have ever received care. The staff was superior to any place I have ever been. The kindness, patience and respect they extend to their patients is above and beyond what I have ever experienced. This place is absolutely amazing. The nurses and staff are very welcoming and friendly. This is absolutely a five star center. I have been here twice and received superb care and excellent service. The team I had was Roz, Tracey, Joelly, Manary, Janet, James and Fran. They all were extremely nice and caring and went far beyond expectations. I am a 60 year old man who went into the center for a colonoscopy and was completely at ease the whole time. My doctor Jason Harrison is such a nice person and his wife is very helpful and sweet. The anesthesiologist I had was Dr. Boyer and she was an absolute delight. She made you feel at ease and was very happy and a joy. I would absolutely go to this place again and again. I hope the administrators of Trinity Park see this review and take it to heart. This group of people are a treasure and very rare for this day and time. The billing department is very rude. Elizabeth the Collection Coordinator.Sent me an very rude letter, Telling-me to call both of my insurance company's So they will pay them. After she had spoken with me several times about the mix up between the carriers. I informed her that the problem was fixed but instead of resubmitting the claim. She calls and rudely hang up on me Then she sent a letter. She never resubmitted the claim . I will be taking this letter to her superior and file a formal complaint. I had a colonoscopy and upper GI on 2/13/2018. They gave me the wrong colonoscopy paper it was a man, I am a woman, I found this out when I open the folder they gave me when I got home. I called them I was told to destroy the wrong copy and they would mail me mine. Well it is 11/11/2018 and I have not received it yet. Every time I call I am told to leave a message and number and they will get back to me. That is a joke I call so many times I lost count. I NEVER received a call back. It was their mistake but I cannot get them to mail me a copy of my test. read more

Day of surgery they wanted $235 of co-pay. Asked if they could take my HSA card and run it next day as there was a deposit coming. The lady who was the business manager was very rude and insisted on payment then and there. Fast forward to August, there was no co-pay and they said I would get my money back in 2 to 3 weeks. Wow no hurry to give it back. Do not do business with these people. Shysters. read more

I went in to get surgery done on my foot today, this was my first time ever getting surgery and the staff made me feel as comfortable as possible. I had a million in one questions to ask, and they were happy to answer any and every question. They joked around with me, and laughed with me. When I get nervous I laugh and joke around to keep my mind off, and they did not look at me like a crazy person at all. Everything that they told me I would experience, was very accurate. They really know what they're doing, and I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't remember my nurses name that helped me in the beginning, but she was a very nice woman with a beautiful soul, she kept me so calm, and made sure I was comfortable. She gave me fresh warm blankets before the procedure, she was the sweetest lady ever. My recovery nurse was pretty awesome too, his name is Bryan, he had everything ready for me when I woke up, a bag to throw up in, more blankets, because I was freezing and water. I told him I needed a little more pain medicine because I was in a little pain, and he went and got it immediately. He was really cool about answering my questions!! This is a GREAT staff. Can't forget about the anesthesiologist SHOUT OUT TO DR PACE FOR KEEPING ME IN GOOD HANDS!! Trinity park staff rocks!!
