Yen and Tina are amazing! Tina does my partner's pedicures as well as mine. She gives a bomb massage! You can tell she truly cares about making you feel relaxed while you are here. Tina has also done a gel manicure for me and it lasted so long! Yen does my acrylics, she is always does a beautiful job! My nails grow wonky and often my acrylics pop off within a week, but not with Yen! I just left the salon and can't wait to see theses ladies in a couple of weeks. On May 30th I and a friend had 10:00 appointments for nails and one pedicure, but talked my friend into having her first pedicure. This was our first time there. Half way through my manicure I assumed a regular customer came in and the girl who was doing my nails told her it would be about 15 minutes but then decided to put me over to get pedicure not even caring my opinion on it. Did as she asked got the #2 pedicure. So now I'm having to wait for my nails to get done while the customer that interrupted gets her finished. This leads the rest of my manicure being rushed. I have to give this place one star because of they don't follow their own Covid policy. Nail service is very intimate and although they require their customers to wear a mask, they themselves do not. I went in there for a manicure and only one technician was working because the other two were sick. Sick?! Say what? I noticed the "manager" was not wearing a mask, eating sunflower seeds in the public waiting area told me to come back in an hour. Came to get my nails done here over a month ago and again today. Last time I was so amazed that nothing was wrong with my nails because I never leave a salon without something to complain about, I.E; length, thickness, or nails not all having the same shape (things most of us complain about) and today I had the same exceptional service. I'm a house cleaner, finding someone to do them thin enough to my liking but also not breaking is the hardest battle. My nails lasted 6 weeks and I was still getting compliments because they didn't chip. Happy to say that I'll be returning as long as the new owners stay in business! If I could give zero stars I would. I've never been more appalled at how terrible the nail technician was. It was SO bad that I actually had to leave right after she "shaped" my nails. I asked for a sharp square and let me tell you, they weren't even close to being square, I don't even know what shape she did. At that point I had to leave. Also the service was terrible a girl came in waiting for a full set and they tell her to wait; two more walk ins come in AFTER her and got sat before her?!?! Love this place! I see Lynn regularly. She is very detail oriented and I always walk away happy every time. They have lots of choices in the powder department, and are always willing to be creative with you if you like nail art. But the great thing about this place is that the other two women I've seen there (Sam and Michelle) are also wonderful and can easily and happily tackle any of my nail breakage panics if I can't make a proper appointment. I feel like they definitely focus on the clients, and prioritize the dying art of customer service. read more

After 2 years with my nail tech I decided to let my nails grow out without shellack or polish for awhile. I decided to go get a pedicure and I really didn't want to go back to my old place. When I walked in there was one customer with two techs working on her. This is very nice as it saves the customer time! So I was impressed. Kim gave me a great pedicure. Their chairs were very comfortable. She gave a great leg and foot massage which is important to me. She finished in about 20 minutes and I had my toes drying under the lights. Very timely and I never felt she was rushing. Another tech came to work and walked in with a big smile for everyone. $30 for a basic pedicure and they were super friendly. Kim gave me a stamp card for $15 off, after 10 visits. Nice! Better than only giving a discount if you pay cash. I never pay cash and I feel this is a way to avoid paying taxes on daily income. Kim came over to check if my toes were dry enough to leave and she also gave me a bottled water. The only thing they could improve on would be some light music and have the tv on for viewing. If I could give this salon a zero I would. I made my first and last visit here. This salon is not sanitary at all. I have never gotten an infection from a nail salon until I came here. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I got my nails done on Sunday and a day later my middle finger on the right looked swollen after a few days it blew up and turned red and hurt if anyone barley touched on it. I went to the doctor and they told me I have an infection around the nail from the salon. I had to get my nail drained of Puss, get the nail taken off by the doctor and get on antibiotics. It's unfortunate that after spending 50 dollars at this salon I also had to pay for a doctor visit to the urgent care and prescription. What a waste of 50 dollars. Not worth my health. I'll be visiting the salon tomorrow to Inform them of my trouble and for a refund. DO NOT come here ! Unsanitary salon please save yourself the trouble read more

Awful just awful!!! Sorry it has taken me awhile to write this review fellow yelpers. I had a terrible experience a few weeks ago. Where do I begin??Nail tech was so aggressive removing my shellac it hurt. Ripped the top layers off my real nail instead of properly soaking and gently removing. I should've just done it myself. And did I mention she was more concerned about who was texting her then doing a descent job. Have some respect to give your customers your attention for 30 minutes!!Worst file job ever. Took her less than five minutes my nails on my right hand are much shorter than the left and so sharp and jagged. I had to go home and file them myself to make them even and smooth, something a customer should never have to do! She clearly did not care one bit about doing a decent job. Then the cuticle trimming lets just say I'm still recovering. I felt like crying after leaving because my cuticles hurt so bad. She just tore off my skin in areas. Three of my fingers were bleeding making my cuticles burn for days! She did a half asses job painting them it looks like my ten year old did them. This place is terrible I will NEVER return!! So my nails looked like crap and every time I looked at them it just made me so angry. I don't know why it's so hard to do a good job on doing someone's nails it's not rocket science. I have been coming here for about a year and this review is long over due. I have been to many nail salons and I finally found one where I feel the staff is consistently friendly and don't overkill it on the upsells. I say no once and that's it. Other places I feel like I am constantly fighting for what I want vs all the upsells. The staff is professional and do a great job. I have brought my sisters, mother in law and even dad for a pedicure here- they all have had good experiences and I would recommend this place above any other. OMG! Horrible! Don't waste your time and money. I am never going back! Bottom line: my nails look like a 6 year old girl painted them. The salon is old and dirty looking. Their procedures for a gel manicure are not what I'm used to, and far below my standards. My manicurist shared some personal information that was beyond friendly chit chat, info I didn't want to know. Extremely unprofessional. But the worst part was how she did my nails. I had hang nails sticking out that she didn't clip, and after supposedly filing my nails, they were still jagged. She got nail polish ALL over my hands! I had nail polish on my cuticles, my knuckles and the tips of my fingers. It was horrible! When I pointed this out she argued with me and said she's been doing nails 11 years. Well, I'm surprised no one's fired her yet. The polish that did stay on my nails looks sloppy. Again, my nails look like a 6 year old painted them. I'm forced to get my nails redone now. I usually don't do the nail art- as I like my nails kind of plain but I've seen a lot of the designs they do. My nails really last and Sam always takes care to make sure I'm happy with them. I went in today for a gel mani pedi and received the BEST French manicure I've ever gotten. Lin was incredibly sweet and attentive. She spent tons of extra time on my nails, trimming and filing them to perfection. They look elegant and shiny, and the shape and polish are immaculate. They've got a $10 off shellac/gel nails now, so it was only $70 to get my fingers and toes done, and they look SPECTACULAR. I'll definitely be back!! read more
