I visit the edmond and I-240 lication in okc. They are so unfriendly to afro American I have been followed always like I'm being rushed. I have and our church spend thousands because theirs no competition. I recently along with larger churches and they have same complaints. For this to be a biblical store it's taking advantage of customers. To buy a Bible and pay for a name on it expensive because we're buying 30 at a time. Theirs no breaks for churches no tax exempted. On the website it states they have discounts but myself being brown skin came with my white friend which we share in our ministry was said no such things. I pray we can get every church aware and we can start a boycott to bring awareness to this issue. Another thing I noticed there's never a black face working here ever many say blacks only work in warehouses hobby lobby. And it's no secret the opportunity's in management is for white only. I pray God has it's way and bring mardell down. Lastly our church last month decided to shop at half price books for used holy bibles. We have no choice but realize sharing Jesus is worth it. Praying mardell hearts will change and if not pray we put them out business.

They have a very large selection of things - from small to medium sized garden statues to small statues of saints etc loads of crucifixes and paintings / wall art pieces - books galore - prayer cards, chapel veils , latin missals , rosaries , novena booklets, how to pray the rosary booklets and wallet cards of different prayers, first communion / baptism / confirmation etc gifts , jewelry, auto rosaries, clips , stickers , candles , incense, scapulars , medals , to name a few things haha ... just A TON of awesome stuff there. Parking lot is somewhat challenging to get into because of the angle of the lot and the speed bump but that's not a biggie. ( they also give military discount!)

As he been taught to go to safe places, He entered Mardel's. A business we had OFTEN shopped, in hopes of calling home. He was told he would not be allowed to use the phone. In hopes of a change of heart, he re-entered the store and asked again. He was then told, "I just told you, NO!" As a mother, I teach you children to be safe. I would have gone into this store expecting the Christian thing to be done and it was not. As an adult she could have said, "I will call for you." I pray their children never forget. He walked 3 miles home. LESSON LEARNED! I'm glad God is, and shows real LOVE.

I walked by and had to stop and find the fragrance that caught my nose. There also have a ton of chime candles. They have a ton of Tarot and Oracle cards. They have about 5, of each deck in a plastic bag, so that a person could get the feel of whether or not they were interested in the deck. They excel at crystals. I'm currently wearing a hematite ring that I bought there. For every crystal they have a small piece of paper describing the crystal and its attributes. They also have some unique items like Florida water.

I went there after class and asked the cashier if she could hold a cap and gown for me because I…read moreleft my wallet at home, and she said she would. This was about 12:00 pm. When I got back around 1:30 I asked for the cap and gown that was held back the new cashier wasn't able to find it. So, I had to grab the last one on the shelf and redo my whole order. I then asked for the water bottle that I accidently left behind and the lady said she seen it but didn't know where it went so, she asked another coworker. The coworker went to a trash can and pulled my water bottle out of the trash can and handed it to me. She did not even have the curtesy to say I'm sorry. She just stated she threw it away. I wasn't even there longer than an hour. To top it off I was there for several minutes already waiting on someone to come to the front to finish my transaction. Overall poor quality of customer service.
