Now I can't even get my prescriptions filled a referral for my heart doctor or my podiatrist [[HIGHLIGHT]]they make a schedule for you an appointment a daughter goes in there and they confirm the appointment on one day so I go in for my appointment then they say I'm not scheduled that I'm scheduled for a different day which they could not find any appointment book when my daughter went up there they can't get their act straight.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nobody knows what they're doing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I just got a new insurance and I cannot even get my paper signed for the insurance company. He was arrogant and gave me information to control my diabetes, which was the opposite of what a specialist in the field gave me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He wanted me to stop seeing my specialist, and I refuse to do that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have many UTI infections due to the meds I take. I know what they are. I was told my urine sample showed I didn't have one, and then told to call back on Monday for the results?? I got the results on the following Wed. and of course, I did have an infection. On a positive note, they provided an antibiotic to treat it. I so love this medical group since we started going to the Bartow office before they closed those doors. After moving I sought out for a new PCP. I suffer numerous health problems and have had 4 major surgeries of my spine. Post-surgery I am experiencing problem symptoms. Although possible complications had not yet been fully explored, Dr. Nash suggested physical therapy. He made the referral without any evaluation. I responded that I preferred the pain clinic appointment first so that I could be properly evaluated prior to PT. "Hmm" was his response. In addition, I clarified that I would run out of medications prior to my scheduled clinic appointment. Dr. Nash's response was to take vitamin D because it would help with pain. I then explained that sudden stopping of pain medication would cause severe symptoms and that not only would my pain be unbearable but the withdrawals would be intolerable. I asked for alternative options. He had none. I was confounded. Dr. Nash did not even attempt to find another clinic with sooner availability. Dr. Nash purposely allowed me to run out of necessary prescribed medications and gave no consideration to alternative options. Finally, Dr. Nash made no effort to properly treat my medical concerns.
