Gessler is a large chaotic clinic in a small space on a nice lake. The parking lots are often full, making door access a long walk. You stop at the immediate first desk to pay and then wander hallways to specific areas labeled "AREA 1", "AREA 3" (a great security measure, not to identify doctors but difficult not to know where you are). The noise volume (often by employees) is high. The people wearing face masks are not the ones who are sick (and you have to ask for them). One of 2 bathrooms was out of order while I was there. You check in at a second desk and then are walked a long way to a third area. Halls are narrow, doctor rooms are small. Long waits for xray. The place is not welcoming, staff not friendly. Very institutional. (There are good docs here though.) read more
