We signed a sales contract to purchase a beautiful home that appeared to be in like-new condition. It truly was a home of our dreams. There was just one concern....the front siding was stucco. We hired Trinity Inspection Services to inspect the entire home with a focus on the stucco. Frank Mitchell was friendly, quick to respond to our requests, and set up an appointment that fit our schedule. The company's prices are quite reasonable. The inspections were fair and thorough. The reports were provided the same day as the inspections. Significant amounts of moisture were found behind the stucco, indicating a likelihood of sizable mold damage. I was pleased w/ Frank's inspection. He spent somewhere between 2 1/2 - 3 hours checking out the house (a house that is only ~ 1,750 sq ft). I received a detailed report on his findings, w/ photos included, the next morning. Price was fair... if you shop around a bit you'll see that most inspections run around the same price range, & Trinity's was slightly cheaper than a number of others in the area while not diminishing quality.
