ARMSTRONG=THIEF I…read morehired Armstrong to put new motor in my furnace. My tec waqs out of town when I called his cell phone. I told him my problem the motor was making noise and made a foul smell and then stopped working. He told me I needed a new motor and to call Armstrong becase Steve Armstrong was honest and knew what he was doing. I called and told them my problem and I needed a new motor. The lady told me she would send a tec to my home in the afternoon. She told me about their charges and I said ok. When the tec came it took him 10 minutes to remove the motor and tell me I needed a new one this I already knew. Then he tells me he used the last part that mourning and he would have to go to the shop and get one. I asked why he came without the parts when I told them what the problem was . I thought maybe you had other problem. Right the motor making noise and making a foul odor . Then he told yes I would be paying for him to go to the shop and get the part. When I called the office and asked why the tec would come to the job without the parts needed the woman tells me this was just the luck of the draw. Then the tec charged me 1 and a half hours when he took right at a hour to do the job this includes going to the shop to get the motor. So if you want to be ripped off and over charged call Armstrong Heating & Air Conditioning ;(
