My son went up and notified the nurse his mother was on the floor in pain. they told him they thought I left And then she said she was sorry that there was 2 people with cardiac arrest. I understand that they have priority, but they should have been taken to ICU or something, the whole ER shut down and there was only about 6 people waiting in the waiting room. they were way understaffed and the triage nurse had to work in the back room , poor management . I ended up leaving and going to Weirton medical where I was taken in right away. i Can only imagine what would happen if there was some emergency or accident where a group of people got hurt, they are not staffed equipped at Trinity west to take care of it.

And unfortunately, this last visit didn't even have the good woman. The lady we had today was cold, rude, had poor bedside manners.... The quality of care here... What care? She was horrible. Trinity IS horrible. They claim to be a religious organization, but in what way does the atmosphere they offer conducive to what Christianity teaches? This place is literally the worst health care option in America. Got to Cleveland Clinic...

I have been going there for almost 4 years PA Ortez put me on oxycodone 10 mg 3 times a day.then…read moresaid my urine was dirty I never seen the results have to take their word for it cut me off with nothing.after being a recovering heroin addict 13 years clean.basicly was told to go to the streets and find relief.two if the pain centers doctor gor arrested and one doctor I had in Elm Grove was a racist and his nurse did just a cup test not sent to labs.Roland C.then found out he gave people hept C from using needles.i refused to let him operate on my spine to fix my chest pain..then he kept making racist remarks about Mexican and Indian doctors I called Ortez office and told them I wasn't going back and told the racist doctors nurse wasn't coming back they sent a letter saying I fail my drug test and would not comply with a crazy operation.I thought my zPA cared when they said not to go back then he stickes it to me with a medicine I cannot take at all.said the report from the racist doctors prevents him from helping me.really get me hooked then dump me to the street , basically told to find what I can until I can get into a pain center..Wow was clean for 13 years gad a massive heart attack a pacemaker and defibrillator put in 4 stents and was sorry about your luck to me.get what you can find from a dealer until you can get safe medicine..I need a a good lawyer.

Don't go to this medical center if you cannot pay your bill IN FULL once you receive it in the…read moremail. They do not work with payment plans either - unless you can meet their outrageous idea of a monthly payment. Not only were we charged for the ER visit, doctor, radiology, etc - we were also charged $40 for coming in after hours. Seriously, if it was during the day, we would have went to our family doctor. Believe me, I tried to work with them for payment - I paid what I could, but they still turned me over to a collection agency, who then called my FORMER neighbors regarding the fact that I owe money to them. Not sure if that is even legal, but save yourself the aggrevation and embarrassment and go elsewhere. Honestly, my daughter is a gymnast and we have been in many ER's for broken bones (unfortunately) and Weirton Medical does not compare to the others. We took her there because of the closeness of the center, but will NEVER go back again.
