As an individual, Dr. Wilps is kind, direct, clear, and likable. I recently needed to return to his office to have a minor surgery and found that he was informative and the procedure was quick and with no undue pain. Additionally, he and the medical assisting staff accommodated my need for a visit on virtually no warning, happily making room for me in their schedule. His staff is extremely friendly and courteous and I give his services my recommendation if you are in need of a podiatrist.

He immediately made a diagnosis and began treatment. But Dr. Jagela wanted a second opinion. He recommended a retina specialist in Columbus. The specialist in Cbus concurred with Dr. Jagela's diagnosis and was exceedingly impressed that he was able to identify the problem so quickly. Any time I call the office with an issue as simple as a sty, the office will schedule me immediately. The staff even went as far as scheduling my little emergencies around my teaching schedule! I can't say enough about Dr. Jagela and his accommodating and pleasant staff. My family and I have all trusted our eyes with him over the years; we could not recommend him more!! I will continue to recommend my friends to him as everyone is beyond satisfied. If you are searching for a doctor who cares about your vision as much as you do, look no further! Then the blood work department is really good. One stick, in and out, explained everything great. Then I saw the plastic surgeon and he was amazing. Spunky. Explained well. Got this awful cyst off my face. I was awake for the surgery which feels like a flex LOL. His front office staff was great too. The plastic surgeon department was my favorite one. If I ever get this weight off, they're first I'm going to for skin removal LOL! The main complaint thought is definitely the front desk in the Park Manor associates side needing to be better about answering calls. I work front desk, I know it's possible and I've seen them improving drastically- it seems they replaced the old staff with people a little more thrilled for their job. My job is a hotel, the phone is constantly ringing, and I have a million other things to do. And I get paid a fart and a smile (basically nothing is the point), so I get their standpoint but I also question it and have gotten flustered with it because I find they get paid more and are always way less busy then my job- so I don't get the wait times. Coming in and seeing three on staff, one person just twiddling their thumbs, but the phone not stop ringing is a bit off putting. Overall though, through my frustration I stay with this office.
