I called and spoke with Becky and then Janette, both were super helpful. They were able to design and print my cards by the next morning. I expected to pay a small fortune for such quick service, but that was not the case. The price was reasonable, and the cards looked great! My team doesn't need a lot of printing, but we will definitely use Corwin again for more business cards or anything else that might pop up.

I did my research on Yelp first as I was looking for a print shop in the 813 area that could help…read morewith expediting printing of a banner. I expressed to the owner, Jeff, that I was presented with a kids' MTB event and needed signs yesterday. He promised to work on it quickly if we had the artwork. (we did but it was created on Microsoft OS vs IOS which I seasier for him and his team to work with) He viewed the file and stated he could have the banner ready for me next day by noon. We were called 5min to closing time and he stated he would leave the banner in back of the shop and not to worry that the neighborhood was very safe. We drove for an hour from our location and picked up the banner. (paid upfront) This is not normal method I like to do business, however, considering the time crunch it was what we had to work with and Jeff pulled through for us. The event went great, the banner looked good too and we will definitely be coming back to Jeff for more of our printing needs even if he is 1hr away from us. Horrible Communication - actually non-existent. This has to be one of the sorriest businesses I…read morehave ever dealt with in my 50 years in Pinellas County. All I ever go by is what someone tells me. They told me the "proof" for my logo stitching would be in just 2-3 days. Okay great. So a week goes by, 2 weeks go by, 3 weeks go by. NO phone call. NO email. No proof. No one at the store during business hours. What a sorry way to do business. Pitiful. if it's gonna be 3 weeks, that's fine, just tell me, I'm a big boy. Just don't lie to my face and then disappear without a word about what's going about my obviously meaningless project. Took my business elsewhere, to a graphics shop where communication with the customer is an importnat part of doing business.

In the last year or so, they've remodeled the place, nice job on that, but I don't know whether they've consolidated locations or what, but now there's always 4-6 folks in the front office area -- mostly younger guys who seem to lack customer service concern and convey a sense that they own the place. I can deal with that -- maybe they're the owner's sons or something -- but when I asked what the charge was and got a per page amt of 8 cents, the young guy rings it up and the amount is obviously wrong, he calls over another guy, who points out that the program adds a two or two and half cent per page "paper" cost. I had, four or five months ago, a similar experience at this store where what was laid out as a $90 job turned into $105 due to similar junk fees. I didn't complain then, but after this most recent experience I'm going to give up on trying to support these guys because they're local and use Allegra or somebody else that'll do the job for 6-8 cents a page, no confusion on pricing. That being said, the quality of the copies from this place is always 100%.
