James, the owner/operator of Dino Air was the only one who walked the entire attic area, inspecting every part of our existing duct-work and provided the most comprehensive assessment and estimate to meet our needs. Additionally, at the office, Kristin was very responsive to all questions and concerns and worked with us to help ensure the timing for demo and install integrated perfectly with the overall mold remediation efforts with other vendors. Their flexibility and efforts to work with our scheduling needs ultimately ensured our family was able to move back into the house quickly and comfortably. We can't emphasize enough the professionalism, quality workmanship, and personal touch that Dino Air brings to the table. We'd recommend them unconditionally for any HVAC job.

They speak English and Spanish they took about 5 hours for a two story house it cost about $1,200 for the deep cleaning they did. They went into every vent in the house and vacuumed it even the dryer vent. I've never been able to see into my vents till now lol. They also changed the vent filters, they said after this they can some every 6 months for maintenance which would just cost I think 300-600 depending on the work load. I do recommend tapping things over because your house will be filled with dust after.... Like a lot lol so be prepared to clean up after because obviously there's gonna be dust all over. I would recommend getting this done on a day you have nothing to do and in the morning so you have the rest of the day to clean! Over all we will be calling them for the maintenance we think it's a great price and they really were sooo kind and nice!

The price originally quoted got doubled because they charge for each unit and this house had two so be sure to make that clear when you ask for a quote. The other company noted (see photos) that the area around the vent was still dirty, and at least one of the vents (which had recently been painted and had unbroken paint on the screws) looked like it hadn't been opened. When I brought this up to the company and requested a refund, I was told that I had paid for a basic cleaning, which covered the interior of the duct lines but didn't include vents and covers, and that those were covered under a deep cleaning service. I was not informed that there was a difference in cleaning types when setting up the service, and I noted that their website didn't specify this, either. Specifically, their website states, "Utilizing advanced equipment and industry-approved techniques, our skilled technicians meticulously clean all components of your duct system. This includes the supply and return ducts, registers, grills, diffusers, and associated parts." Their website also uses the phrase "beyond basic cleaning" to describe their sanitation and deodorization services--not their register/grille cleaning. After I pointed out via text that their website doesn't distinguish between basic and deep cleaning, I was ghosted. If you're going to pay for this, be aware of what you're getting.

I found this company on Yelp and decided to give it a try. The owner, Mike, is the one who picked up the phone to guide me through the process. He stated they would attempt to get the stains out, but the color of the carpet, my multiple attempts to clean, and the color of the stain would be close to impossible to get up. He was honest and I appreciated that. He got me in the next day and arrived on time. He even called 30 minutes before arrival. Mike and Bill did a great job and were incredibly personable. The stains lightened up a bit, but were still there. They sanitized it and eliminated the smell and that is what I wanted. We originally agreed on $75, but Mike said he was only going to charge $50. I insisted on the original price or to give a $25 tip. He denied and said I could use the extra money to spend on bottles for my newborn.
