I have had terrible experiences with other tire businesses talking down to me about tire care and replacing tires that probably did not need to be replaced. I called and got very timely service. I was most impressed by was the constant updates letting me know when Kevin was on his way, when he arrived, and very clear communication about what he found. Not only did he call me, but he also sent videos to show me what he found. This young man was so very polite and respectful. I have been dealing with quite a lot of stress and was close to a breakdown myself. His kindness really saved me in a rough moment. If you ever need mobile assistance, please call Kevin! This was so much easier than trying to get this car towed, fixed, then transported. He makes it so easy! Thank you so much, Kevin!!!

I have an older bike, 96 softail on a rigid frame that was put together by a guy in his garage. Long story short, she came with some issues, and most Harley dealers don't want to work on her. Well I was on my way up to the All Harley Bike show and when I stopped to check my map, she quit on me. I'd turn the ignition on and nothing. No headlights, not kickover, nothing. I called Down Home HD and within minutes they had a trailer over to scoop me up. They pulled my bike right in to the service department and worked immediately so I could get back on the road. Their staff was EXTREMELY knowledge and friendly. I was out of there in no time with a running bike and some newly acquired knowledge. I will be returning to Down Home HD, and highly recommend their service. I can't thank them enough for helping me out! Ivan

His soothing and calm voice smoothed us right out. He was kind, thoughtful, honest and encouraging. Now this trailer was a homemade job and couldn't be fitted with just any old rim and being Memorial Day, it was tricky. Tyrell researched it out and called us right back. That 15 minutes seemed like forever, but trust me dear reader, it was quick. Tyrell found what we needed. Came and picked up the rim, took it for a new tire and came back and helped Tim put it back on. He stayed in touch about his progress along the way. When you're stranded and feeling helpless, those contacts made a big difference on our stress level. We felt quite honored to have had been helped by this sweet and effective gentleman and the price was more than reasonable. If you ever have the misfortune to be stuck on the road in his area, you'll be in good hands if you call Terrell to be your hero. He was certainly ours and we thank him.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this towing service. The tow truck was…read moreassigned to assist me with my vehicle, but because I had a professional development class, my brother waited for the driver to arrive on my behalf. From the moment the driver arrived, the situation was handled poorly. He came with a rude and unprofessional attitude. He did not greet my brother or communicate respectfully; he simply demanded the key. He also told my brother to move the vehicle in an abrupt way and nearly caused an accident because he was trying to force the tow truck into position instead of communicating properly ahead of time. I had already explained that the issue with my vehicle was the belt, but the driver still attempted to turn the car on. If a vehicle is being towed, there is NO REASON to try to start it, especially after being told what the issue is. His actions could have caused further damage. When loading my vehicle, he also attempted to move it while it was still in gear and handbrake, which could have potentially damaged the transmission. He also made rude comments and uncomfortable jokes about were my brother was standing while he loaded the vehicle , he was incapable of communicating safety measures in a respectful way. After arriving to the car shop the driver also refused to return the key at first and responded with attitude in a very dismissive manner. He eventually gave it back, but only after acting as if he was trying to close the door on my brother... On top of that, my family witnessed him driving extremely fast while towing my vehicle. On the highway, he was going approximately 80 to 90 mph, and even on smaller streets he continued driving too fast. My family was following in a Jeep and could barely keep up with the tow truck. There was no reason for this driver to act the way he did. His behavior was completely out of line in every aspect. If he was rushing to get to other destinations, then he needs proper training on how to deal with pressure, customer service manners, and most importantly, safety when handling a vehicle being towed. Driving way above the speed limit while towing my vehicle and being rude to my brother and my family is unacceptable. I hope you can take into consideration our awful experience when reading this and also provide feedback to him.
