Hunter said I may not be happy with it per his expertise, but still got me fitted and finished the purchase. I did go home and try it out and was definitely not impressed. Not to say the helmet was bad, but for what I needed, it did not do the trick. I contacted Lindsay at the store and asked if I could exchange and upgrade. She told me sure! And made the process super simple. When I came in the store, both hunter and Lindsay jumped right on the task. One was getting my Cardo installed. The other was putting on the pin locks and talking me through maintenance. It feels like I was in and out within minutes; when I thought the whole process would be an hour. Every time I go in to this location, the team is spot on Tyler runs a good ship there and I am very impressed all the years I've been going there. As you can see by the ad I saved years ago. The shift knob is also loc tited on. I can keep going but what I'm really mad about is the transmission being a 6 speed that 6th is shot..... so you guys slapped on a 5 speed shift knob. Call me 919-924-3474. I've sent the trans away to jacks and paid 3k up front but the 6 speed is so damaged it can't be fixed. So I need to put another 1200 up front cause it's indeed a 6 speed and not a 5 speed. I'm gonna send it in to bbb AGAIN now that I got proof guys lied to me. Unless we can possibly get something resolved. There's sooo options for a good Helmer's. Prices range from $65 to $600+. My budget was $300. And I found one that's $225. Even found a good pair of gloves on clearance.. One thing I did see and I mentioned it too then is that there isn't enough selections for women in shoes.. And they said well, women riding didn't take off until 5 yrs ago. I'm thinking they haven't been to WI yet. The home of Harley. There's plenty of women riders. All and all, this will be my go to for my gears. Staffs was helpful and nice..
