History
Established in 1996.
Established in 1996.
Trinity College was born as a pilot venue for Irish Pubs in Italy, its success was immediate and sensational. For the first twelve years of activity it is the sector benchmark. His winning management formula that combines the Anglo-Saxon pub with purely Latin wild entertainment was imitated in many other pubs and marked the beginning of nightlife in Rome outside of the 90s discos, where one was forced to pay entry and drink horrible drinks. Here, however, entry is free but selected, and the drinks are excellent and at affordable prices. At a later time the restaurant was also opened, specializing as a Steak-House and disproving the cliché that in pubs the food is bad and only frozen products. Here, on the contrary, top quality fresh food reigns, in particular the Danish beef offered both for fillets and steaks and for the spectacular burgers which become the house specialty.
Meet the Business Owner: Alessandro G.
Founder and owner together with the legendary Michele G. they conceived, opened and launched Trinity College way back in 1996 after an important experience in Rimini, in their first venue the "Rockisland" they put their know-how combined with an irrepressible enthusiasm for nightlife and entertainment, creating the most representative and appreciated venue in Rome in the first twelve years of activity. Subsequently they also took over Morrisson's Pub, dramatically relaunching it. Both places are melting pots where tourists from all over the world come into contact with young Romans and vice versa. The places are in all the foreign guides, and in all the mouths, Yelp didn't yet exist, and at the time it was still word of mouth that brought customers to the places. He personally manages the place for seventeen years, currently no longer participates in the operational management, but remains one of the owners of the company.
