I can tell she absolutely loves it and is so excited to be there. She jumps and giggles when she sees them. They always have fun activities going on (hello bubble parties ) and cool themes each week. The teachers always keep us up to date during the day with pictures and notes. I know she's in good hands. Im very type A, and searched long for a daycare. I laugh because I was so set on another daycare prior to touring TGS, and had high expectations going in. I was so impressed and the vibe was warm, that we changed our minds and decided to go here. I'm really happy with our decision!

-As a teacher and former principal, I understand firsthand the daily challenges that administrators…read moreand teachers face. Having my children attend three different Gardner Schools over the past few years, I can confidently say that this leadership team works together better than any I've experienced. As a parent, what I value most about my school administration experience is feeling **informed, respected, and included**. Becca, Emma, and Kim truly make the school feel like one big happy family. I appreciate the clear and timely communication--knowing what's going on at the school, important dates, and any changes without having to chase information. When I reach out with a question or concern, someone always responds thoughtfully and follows through. No matter who you speak with--Becca, Emma, or Kim--you receive the same information, which speaks volumes about how well they communicate and function as a **great team**. I also value how approachable and visible the administrators are. They're not just names on emails. This builds trust and reassures me that decisions are always made with students' best interests in mind and that parent feedback is welcomed and valued. Most of all, this positive administration experience gives me real peace of mind, knowing my children are in a school where adults are organized, caring, and truly working together. As for the teachers, morale at this school is clearly high--no small feat when working with children every day. What I love about The Gardner School Schaumburg experience is that it feels **supportive and balanced**. The teachers genuinely know the children and care about their well-being, not just academically but as individuals. Both of my children enjoy learning because lessons feel meaningful and engaging, especially when classes are interactive. I also love the strong sense of community--my children talk about their friends at home, which says everything. The structure of the day gives them rhythm, helps them stay motivated, and supports their growth. Overall, my experience reassures me that my children are growing, supported, and being prepared for what's next--not just getting through the day.

Ecole has been so welcoming and warm for our little one. Choosing a daycare is such a tough choice,…read morebut we recommend considering Ecole in your search! The teachers we've had so far are wonderful, and the management is usually prompt to respond to concerns/messages. Food and formula are included, which is so awesome. And their curriculum is incredibly well-rounded, including world languages and yoga. They also have a nice enclosed playground for children to get fresh air on warmer days. Unfortunately, there seems to be a high rate of teacher turnover this year, at least in the younger classrooms, which can be challenging for consistency and building relationships. However, the staff who are there seem dedicated and are very caring.

The whole classroom kids were sick from RSV and they don't send any one home. My son got that too of course , they don't care about the kids much once you get enrolled. I brought half case of pull ups ( 36 pieces) at the first day, and my son only go there half day, after 5 days later, they ask me to bring more pull ups. I gues Asian kids are responsible for white kids' diapers I guess?

A couple of weeks prior to my child being neglected and not being changed Timely, I had informed…read morethis Daycare owner that my child had been diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum! This is why my child is 4 years old and not completely potty-trained! The KinderCare just up the street understands this issue... And never blamed my child for any neglect because they didn't neglect him. Great Beginnings did. I have never brought my child there with a rash! He had a wound on his leg because this daycare did not change him for however long! So the audacity of the owner trying to shift the blame on my child not being potty trained is absolutely ridiculous... Considering he's been in several other daycares where this has not been an issue, I know where the blame lies. So we can go back and forth on this issue until we make it to court! Because I still have the pictures the day it happened. And that's the exact day I told these people my son would no longer attend this daycare! I just so happen to take him home and find the wound after. He had been giving me signals of abuse previously that I didn't understand until I found this wound. My child can't speak for himself , so I have to be the one to do so. This daycare knows that my son was unable to speak for himself... Which gave them license to neglect him! KinderCare down the street and NEVER neglected him. Or tried to blame him for his delays in speech and development! How dare you! You should be ashamed of yourself. I'm not the first parent to figure you out. The fact that you thought you could blame an innocent child shows how disgusting you are. And that you shouldn't be caring for any children. Let's ask KinderCare to provide their assessment of my child! Or the primary school he currently attends! You would look absolutely foolish! You stating that I brought my son in with a rash is an absolute LIE! If this had ever been an issue previously, why would I have said anything? He's never had a rash... And you have never reported a rash! I asked why an incident report wasn't drawn up. And the response was,' oh we hope Jax is okay why don't you come in and discuss the situation'... the reply to my initial review was an absolute lie!(ref attached )If that were the case you would have responded to my first inquiry with your phony fact! The fact that you say you can't attend to a child with special needs every half hour- just shows you were/are not equipped for the special needs that you were advised of! Which the next day there was an Autism pamphlet near the check-in! Was that some type of help? I was told that there was a speech therapy program?? Okay then why did I have to have my son assessed Elsewhere for you to understand he had speech issues for his age? There was also a teacher that previously worked there who was the only one to mention this... A week later she was gone. So this place doesn't like to employee people with actual credentials that want to help children. I think this is a place where people pass through when they realize their skills are better utilized to actually help children..., rather than neglect them for time management purposes. It's a good thing I took my child out of there! I would never step foot in this place again! So much so that I have to send my own posted envelope to get a tax document that could easily be uploaded, or sent in the mail. But because the owner is so difficult, and wants to control people is my opinion. Better me send the postage, then go up there and say what I have to say to their faces. Also I would have to record the whole incident because these people can't be trusted. Like I said before if you love your children, don't send them here. I won't go up there because I do love my child... Enough to have taken him out of that place, as well as not put myself in a situation to get in an altercation and end up in jail! I am livid that this person would actually try to say 4 months later that I brought my son in with a rash! Care to take dueling lie detector test? I'm ready! Kindercare can even attest to the fact prior to my son attending Great Beginnings, he never had rash issues despite the potty training! That's a fact. I have facts and this place has deflection. I guess they thought since my mom picked up my son the majority of the time, I would overlook this incident. But I will continue to defend my son against Any Lies! The nerve of a child caregiver, blaming an innocent child for their neglect. Had someone never appointed this ridiculous place out to me, I would have put my son back in KinderCare as I planned initially... good thing also I put him back in KinderCare in November after the incident... And they only reiterated what a true daycare it's supposed to be like... How it is supposed to function for the good of the children, and how special needs are addressed with attention, and CARE. Not neglect. Or excuses!

We visited a few daycares in the area and for us, they were clean, the most reasonably priced for value and was most convenient for us in terms of location and hours. My sons have love their teachers there, I keep in touch with many and they are all very caring and sweet to the kids. This center also has a webstream service so I can look in on my kids in their classroom or common areas of play. Good security as you'll receive permitted key access to the building. Center director and asst directors are up front and they know all the parents. They really keep an eye on the kids. Apps notify of drop off and pick up times, bathroom time (until trained) and how much food was eaten. Pics are also shared on the apps as well. There's a monthly newsletter, and food menus that outline weekly meals. They provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack and to go snacks during pickup. There is a record of our children attending Primrose for over 2 years. We communicated our concerns directly with Ms. Vaghani and would never write a review like this if we felt she trying to work with us. The teachers and Mrs. Mims are amazing. Our children learned so much. The curriculum is excellent. However, it appears to be about money for the owners and the teachers are not supported. We witnessed the lack of support first hand from basic maintenance requests taking forever to be addressed and the leadership not supporting the teachers when they asked for help with a student safety situation in class. The office staff was dishonest with us on 2 separate occasions. We loved the teachers and everything that went on in the classrooms, but the leadership made it a poor experience. Be very careful when considering Primrose Carol Stream. Update 6/25/23 The Primrose Leadership asked us to take down this review. We will acknowledge a successful resolution to our concerns. After several emails to the owner, posting this review, and contacting corporate, we received a call from Mrs. Vaghani and were able to resolve everything. We are thankful to have the issues addressed and appreciate the closure. The Leadership Team was reflective and this can be a growing and learning opportunity for benefit of the teachers & children they support.
