They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly. He turned the pressure up to 160 (60 is the max per professionals). The valve had to be replaced and we paid $1,000 to a master plumber to re - plumb correctly and replace the valve. The ceiling fan was wired backward. They would not return my calls or text when I asked them to come fix it. Very poor quality and customer service.

They told us that we had hail and wind damaged and insurance would replace it. We had several neighbors who have successfully used Roofserv, so I invited Ryan Quady out to do an inspection and provide a second quote, and I was shocked when he came off the roof and said not only was there is not enough REAL hail or wind damage for a claim, but the FAKED damage will necessitate replacing the roof as shingles were torn, bent backwards, and struck. Due to roof vandalism claims being a bit tricky with the insurance companies, Ryan recommended a public adjuster that can help navigate and hand hold the insurance company. Good thing too, because the insurance wanted us at first to replace the damaged shingles only, but after some time and with the public adjustor working on our behalf along with Roofserv, the insurance company ultimately agreed to a replacement.
