I guess it gives them extra incentive to "grow" your account. Les is a CPA & does life planning financial work. He's the chatty one. His partner Brandon does investment planning and is the not so chatty one. Its a good mix when you're going in to meet them. I was pleasantly surprised by their on target planning and investment strategies. My accounts have grown even in a crummy market. I even did the whole, ok - I'll put some money with you & the same amount with someone else & then I'll do my own thing & see who does best. I hate to say, they totally left me in the dust with my accounts & Fidelity didn't hold up too well against them either. All in all a good firm..

We were married a few years earlier and wanted to make sure all our ducks were in a row with regard to wills and trust, financial investments, saving for a bigger house, etc. I thought a financial planning service would help us get organized and prompt us to do what we needed to do if we were missing anything. It didn't happen. They were only interested in our transferring our funds to an account they can handle to invest and start making a commission on but were very lax about organization of things that need to be done. When I asked about wills and trust because it was included in the price they charged they said other things needed to be done first. After a year, we had to admit nothing of significance was getting done so we left them. It was money down the drain for us. It boiled down to not trusting them. If a place has to call you in for a separate "song and dance" before giving you a quote for how much it's going to cost you, be careful! I should mention I interviewed their clients for references before hiring them and the clients were all positive about them. But interestingly, many were behind in getting organized as well and doing their wills and trusts.

We had just recently retired and we felt that our "traditional financial planner" was not meeting our needs. We met with Taylor and Tyler, and to say we were BLOWN AWAY is not strong enough! These guys have Retirement Planning dialed in!! They were very thorough, asked the right questions and came through with a complete financial plan that was easy to understand and covered many things we had yet to think about. They showed us how Roth conversions could make a huge difference in our lifetime tax bill. They uncovered the (often mysterious ) fees we were paying within our various accounts and helped us simplify the assets to make them more manageable. For MANY years we paid our advisor but did not feel we were receiving what we needed. We couldn't articulate what we were missing because you don't know what you don't know!! Taylor and Tyler turned the lights on for us and we are very grateful. I also must mention that their office manager, Karen, is WONDERFUL too! She is professional, kind, proactive, and wonderful at detail and follow-up - she plays a critical part! These are ALL-STARS, and if you are seeking a team for your financial planning needs - look no further!!

We love the fact that they're a fee-only fiduciary and are always looking out for what's best for us. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that no stone is left unturned when it comes to minimizing investment costs/taxes, reducing stress + complexity and maximizing returns. Before we ever decided to work together, Taylor and Jon met with us on multiple occasions to educate us on their philosophy and make sure we were aligned on a long-term, low-cost, diversified investment approach. We found it incredibly helpful to understand the "why" before getting caught up in the specifics of any individual investment decisions. Taylor and Jon are tech-savvy, data-driven and very well researched when it comes to modern advances in portfolio theory. Their investment philosophy is grounded in timeless fundamentals and is a no-nonsense approach that avoids so many of the common pitfalls with investing. They provide each client with a custom portal to manage all of your finances and also regularly provide action items to work on. Over the past 6 months of working together, we've made huge strides on so many big projects from investments to insurance and so much more. They've also helped introduce us to a wonderful new accountant, a great estate planning attorney, and have made multiple connections within their network of highly qualified experts. Above all, they're just really good people who are a joy to work with. It's clear from every interaction that they care deeply about each and every one of their clients. We're looking forward to working with Taylor & Jon for many years to come and are grateful to have them as part of our team.

The previous financial planner did a good job but what made us change is that Matthew really knows how to manipulate social security so that you get the maximum amount. He is very creative and really seems to be for his clients. Matthew is also a personable man. When he learned of the passing of our granddaughter, he picked up the phone and called us. That spoke volumes to me. We are happy that in the very near future we will speak to his Medicare specialist as we get that rolling. We will also be using real estate services provided by his office when we sell our home and relocate. In addition, we will most likely be using his tax services in the future. One of the greatest assets this business has is his administrative assistant, Jessica. She answers calls and emails quickly and takes care of business. Very professional and friendly. She is a huge part of making this business look good. We are looking forward to many years of relationship with this company.

Unfortunately my husbands mental and physical decline caused many problems and with that many questions and uncertainties in my mind. At times I was very angry, with things not necessarily related to David, yet unable to communicate with my husband, I lashed out at David with angry emails and messages, about which he legally couldn't discuss with me. David never sunk to my level. He always maintained a professional, even concerned demeanor, offering to come and speak to my husband and I together. Life is hard and can be confusing and tricky, especially when you don't understand the actions and behavior of someone you love. David is a good man. I'm sure this review will never make up for the things I have said and done. David has suffered the brunt of my anger and frustration with my husbands behavior, and never said "if you're not happy with me, go find someone else." If I were in his shoes, I would have. David not only handled our money, but also handled a very angry, mean, relentless woman who took a lot of her frustrations out on him, and he did it with calm, professional kindness. Honestly he has done much more than I think you could reasonably ask of anyone. Thank you David, Beth Marshall

I had lost my job in 2016 and my finances quickly spiraled out of control. I was so overwhelmed that instead I just ignored my financial responsibilities and slowly but surely the collections and missed payments just started to pile up. fast forward to two years and my credit report was absolutely abysmal. I knew I needed to get my credit score sorted out and quickly, after all your credit score dictates a lot of the options you have in everyday life. I couldn't get a credit card, I couldn't get approved for an auto loan, I couldn't get an apartment and it was very clear that there was no other way around this. I would have to pay me creditors. Of course when you are this far behind your debts have been sold once, twice, maybe even three times and half the time you do not know where to begin. I was days away from filing for bankruptcy but it was just something I could not move forward with. How could I let my finances get so bad? It was time to own up and tackle my debts head first. In December of 2018 I had finally made the decision that I couldn't undertake this dilemma alone and I finally decided to reach out to Frank. Frank called me about an hour after I had submitted a contact request online and then proceeded to chat with me for about a half an hour or so. Keep in mind this is all before I had even hired him for his services. He took time out of his day to speak with me although there was no guarantee that I would be of any value to him. Thats when I knew Frank was the guy! I was not ready for Franks services then and there and told him I would reach back out when I had some money saved and could start paying off debts he then told me no worries and asked me to call him when I was ready. I called him 6 months later and he never once pressured me or called me beforehand to follow up and try to squeeze any money out of me. From the moment we originally started working on my credit to the moment all of my accounts were sorted was about 6 months but YMMV depending on your finances. My credit is now back on track to where it was years ago and a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I have new credit accounts, a new car, and no longer in a bottomless pit of debt! Frank not only helps you get back on track but also educates you for a future of credit success. I owe Frank a massive thank you for getting my life back on track!
