I needed an 1/8" thick, 3.5" x 8" aluminum plate made with rounded edges and 5 holes drilled in specific spots To replace an old video intercom doorbell (which I left with them). Three weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything. I called last Friday, Feb 12 to see if it was done. I was told "No, I haven't done it yet... But I'll do it today." I never heard anything again. I dropped in this morning, Feb 22. And the doorbell I left is still sitting on the desk... no one has even looked at it. I told him I would just take it. "Oh, I can do it right now for you. It won't take long." Yeah, no! Sorry, you had a month to cut a rectangle and drill 5 holes. Sorry my little project wasn't important to you. I know where I WON'T be going if I have a larger, more expensive project. You guys SUCK! Thanks for making me look bad to MY CUSTOMER! Zero out of 5 stars!

We are not welders, so their knowledge has been instrumental to getting our jobs done right the first time. They are very responsive to any and all inquiries I have made. I have called them every day this week for updates and have never been passed thru to a voicemail.
