If I could I would give them negative stars. Locked my keys…read moreout of my car at work. My bad, it happens. They got assigned to unlock my car. Estimate to get to me 1h 45 min. That is cool. I get that. I confirmed with the operator to please call me before arriving because my car was in the back parking lot at work. Tow truck showed up and spoke with security. Security said to call the number they were given. The female driver looked at her dog and asked, "What do you think? Should we call her?" Then she looked back at security. "Naw, we are leaving." Security came running to me and told me they left. I called roadside assistance to see if she could turn around. Roadside assistance contacted the driver and gave them an estimate of 20 min. 10 min later, roadside assistance called to say that it went from 20 min to 2 hours. The operator found a different company and it was going to be 90 minutes. I contacted City Wide Towing to ask WTF happened. Their operator blamed me for not answering my phone. I told them that she NEVER called me. They stated that in the notes they did. Sorry dude but I have 2 witnessess that state your driver asked her DOGS opinion and then just left. So very unprofessional on all ends. This was Nov 1st between the hours of 5-8. Not even 5 min after I hung up with the rude operator, did TRIPLE A TOWING call me. Said he would be there in 45 min. He got there in 40. How is it that Mazda Roadside Assistance, Triple A Towing and my friend can all get through to my phone but City Wide cannot? Simple. Driver lied and preferred to waste everyone's time. Worst of all, City Wide Towing operator didn't even apologize.

I would have been satisfied. Instead I am stuck having to re-arrange my service appointment, find another towing company, and write crappy reviews. I'm not mad - I'm disappointed.
