Before all the extra charges for the ladder were added it was going to be $360 to do my 2400 square foot 2 story house. I said okay, how about you clean what you'll clean and let me know what I owe you when your done. This man was not wearing a mask, he was crunching on peanuts, he was condescending and before you knew it, he was gone before he started. He said, "you know, I'm not going to make you happy so I'm out. Get a refund on your Groupon." This was after waiting a month for him to arrive in the first place. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the manager tried his best to get him to go back and do his job, but the man refused even his boss. The manager apologized and said sorry but we can't get anyone back out to do your job for another month. No thank you! For one, the drainage of the downspouts and where to direct the flow. Over the years, we had noticed the ground being quite wet around the house not really thinking too far past just that; wet ground not addressing the reason or the affects it was having. None of the other companies that gave me bids inquired of such, Only color, style, and type. We now have proper drainage around the home and the foundation that had been somewhat comprised by the continuously saturated ground is now stabilized and safe. It's these types of issues the typical homeowner is not aware of or lacks knowledge of and relies on the knowledge and experience of that if a professional.
