They even did heart surgery in their office and gave a dog of mine with a death sentence over it's head every expectation of a long normal life! As well as the whole process felt rushed as quickly as the exam was done, as well as the lack of information provided when I was told he had a parasite. They could've avoided my 10 week old puppies meltdown by giving food to my puppy or offering him a lick mat instead of restraining him for vaccines. I'm 100% for restraining dogs, however this in the long run is why dogs have vets, so if the staff reads this please learn to take your time or learn up to date fear free tactics. (I understand fear can never be avoided 100% but this could have been avoided if the vets spent more than 10 minutes with the dogs to get them in and out) as well as the receptionist came out to play with my puppy, which is fine but she took his bone away from him stating "if you are mean to them now, they will be less mean later" (which is good desensitization) however teaching owners to take bones away from dogs is the second main reason for resource guarding and is a CAUSATION for dogs to become possessive. I would have traded the dog for his bone instead of this old style of training. I will not be returning, however I hope this place reflects to help more dogs out in the long run!!! With that being said, I'm pretty upset about the last few years I've been taking my cat there. There was an improper heart condition diagnosis that I spent a ton of money on medication and having to go to a cardiologist to just find out it's only asthma. At one point when I was picking up medication, they even sent me home with the wrong stuff! Luckily I'm not an idiot and can read a prescription or else I could have severely hurt my cat giving her wrong medication and a lethal dose of what it was. They didn't even blink or care when I told them what they did, they just said sorry come back and get the right stuff. You can't rely on their online pharmacy, they're always out of stock. When my new vet contacted them for records, they couldn't even send those over for us after asking multiple times. Then once they sent something it wasn't even her medical records with x rays etc it was just when my appointments were. Overall unless you really need to get seen that day and can't get in somewhere else, avoid here.

I went in to find out if they would be able to see him on short notice and they were very accommodating. Both of the women there were extremely nice and by the time I was done filling out the information sheet, they were done giving him the parvo shot and checked him over (ears, eyes, nose, mouth, bum). They even clipped his nails! It wasn't very expensive either. They have grooming and boarding, as well.
