Above all, I do give credit to good staff, however, my expectations were below par…read more They required my social, and driver's license #, which made me super uncomfortable. As well as the whole process felt rushed as quickly as the exam was done, as well as the lack of information provided when I was told he had a parasite. They could've avoided my 10 week old puppies meltdown by giving food to my puppy or offering him a lick mat instead of restraining him for vaccines. I'm 100% for restraining dogs, however this in the long run is why dogs have vets, so if the staff reads this please learn to take your time or learn up to date fear free tactics. (I understand fear can never be avoided 100% but this could have been avoided if the vets spent more than 10 minutes with the dogs to get them in and out) as well as the receptionist came out to play with my puppy, which is fine but she took his bone away from him stating "if you are mean to them now, they will be less mean later" (which is good desensitization) however teaching owners to take bones away from dogs is the second main reason for resource guarding and is a CAUSATION for dogs to become possessive. I would have traded the dog for his bone instead of this old style of training. I will not be returning, however I hope this place reflects to help more dogs out in the long run!!! No disrespect to anyone there, but improvement needs to be made. Thank you!

I normally go to Sango but they're closed on Saturdays but I'm so glad to now have another vet as an option for these slight emergencies!

Then they said before he gets another prescription he has to have bloodwork. We are on social security, can not afford. So i guess they would have let him die of seizures. He was on his 4th monthly prescription, not even six months. I was so angry. Then rabies month which you are suppose to get discounted rabie shot. I ask them how much rabies shot was, they said oh mam they free you just have to bring him in for an exam that was a hundred & something dollars. What they sre concerned about is money not the fur babies. But thats ok i have found him a sweet vet, non corporation, that is very concerned and reasonable cost for my baby. And prescription is much cheaper. A bit of advice for everyone , get a written prescription from them if you can cause you can get them much cheaper somewhere else . They preferred not to give me a written prescription. Im done and i will let everyone know how they are. Kay James
