I normally go to Sango but they're closed on Saturdays but I'm so glad to now have another vet as an option for these slight emergencies!

Then they said before he gets another prescription he has to have bloodwork. We are on social security, can not afford. So i guess they would have let him die of seizures. He was on his 4th monthly prescription, not even six months. I was so angry. Then rabies month which you are suppose to get discounted rabie shot. I ask them how much rabies shot was, they said oh mam they free you just have to bring him in for an exam that was a hundred & something dollars. What they sre concerned about is money not the fur babies. But thats ok i have found him a sweet vet, non corporation, that is very concerned and reasonable cost for my baby. And prescription is much cheaper. A bit of advice for everyone , get a written prescription from them if you can cause you can get them much cheaper somewhere else . They preferred not to give me a written prescription. Im done and i will let everyone know how they are. Kay James

I've had so many bad experiences with different companies, providers, and offices here in…read moreClarksville. Lately it feels like accountability and genuine customer care have been forgotten. Anyone who lives here knows how hard it can be to find quality care, and that reality has been weighing heavy on me. I already had a stressful few weeks working through welcome season within the healthcare organization I work for, seeing firsthand how simple human errors can trickle down and impact people. Today, that stress collided with a very serious situation involving my dog's care. I felt completely hopeless. Every possible outcome ran through my mind, and I broke down. The level of care shown by the staff meant more to me than I can put into words. They didn't just treat me like a customer -- they genuinely cared and did everything they could to make things right and ensure my fur baby was taken care of. In a time when I was starting to believe good people and great customer care no longer existed, they proved me wrong. I will forever remember the two amazing men working at the Sango location that day. You brought me hope when I was losing it. I've never had a bad experience here. At every visit, they take the time to break everything down and explain it thoroughly. Even when my husband brings our dog in, they go above and beyond to educate him -- far beyond what most would consider "just part of the job." This place is rare. Compassion, education, accountability, and true care still exist here, and I am beyond grateful.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM…read more A few weeks ago, my heart sank when I saw my dog throwing up blood. Panicked, I rushed him to the emergency vet, where they suspected he might have an obstruction. After that first vet visit, I took him to animal hospital, hoping for clarity. The vet there didn't think it was an obstruction but told me to wait 24 hours after giving him anti-nausea meds. If he vomited again within that time, it would likely set the obstruction probability higher. Sure enough, he threw up again within the window. This time, I brought everything--his vomit and stool--and asked for further tests. But the vet dismissed the need for testing, convinced it was an obstruction. They rushed him into surgery, only to find nothing wrong inside. Afterward, my poor dog continued vomiting and having diarrhea. Desperate for answers, I insisted they test his stool again. That's when they discovered worms--nothing more than a simple dewormer was needed, not a $2K surgery. They were quick to ask for money and even charged us multiple times, but took zero responsibility. The clinic owner brushed it off as "nobody's fault," offering me discounted medication instead of real solutions. To top it off, as I was leaving, the assistant had the nerve to tell me, "At least he saw you for free." I wasn't about to pay $80 for five minutes of vague answers. The only thing that felt remotely professional was the owner calling to ask how my dog was doing--but even then, he just repeated that it was "nobody's fault" and that it might not even be worms after all. Turns out it *was* whipworms, and after a 3-day course of medication, my dog started to improve. It's heartbreaking to think how much we went through, all because of a simple mistake that could've been caught earlier. I just wanted the best for my dog, and all they gave me was a painful lesson in how much money can cloud the care of an animal.

Overwatch Animal Hospital - They gave him a special cheese treat to help him relax prior to the euthanasia which left me a special memory of that difficult day!

They found lots of tumors in his abdomen after a CT scan but only gave me antibiotics and would not let me put him out of his misery but I should come back next week?!? I was going to take him back home so he could transition with the vet team he knows but he got worse. That's when I found Overwatch Animal Hospital! They were conveniently located by where I was staying so I walked in and told them the situation. They were able to get him in the next day to be euthanized! They were very caring and compassionate and allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. The vet confirmed that his cancer had spread to his lymph nodes and he was in tremendous pain and reassured us we were doing the best thing for our fur baby. The process was seamless and their prices were reasonable (half the price of the urgent vet!). The vet and staff were loving and supportive during this difficult time. If I lived here, I would bring all my fur babies here!
