In fact we took our dog here a couple of times and every one was always nice. Last fall we called to get an appointment for our cat to be neutered. Again, the same woman must have answered the phone and she told us up front " if you miss the appointment to have your cat neutered don't ever call us back because we will not see your animals again" I was taken back by the commit considering we have not ever missed an appointment in the past and have always paid cash when we took an animal or pet in. All I can say is they clearly do not need our business and I can't believe anyone would say these things to a paying consumer!!!! We will NEVER call them again and will use a vet who appreciates our business!!!

I've visitedE&L pets several times and they never fail to have aquarium tubing and air stones/pumps, and everything else you would need to get a freshwater aquarium up and running. Last time I went they didn't have anything for saltwater. Their prices on some things were a little higher than what I could find online but I was paying for having it in-hand same day, which is nice. I think they also sell feeder mice for reptiles and they have a few permanent petsin their store that are not available for purchase. I used their services to re-home a small Indian Ring Neck parrot and they were able to take the bird same day and display it in the store until it sold (which I really appreciate).
