We have used this vet a few of times over the last few years. The first time we called was for a hurt calf, the lady that answered the phone told us up front " you can bring the calf here once BUT we are not accepting any new large animals as patients" we drive the calf over and the vet himself was nice enough... fast forward a few months we took our dog in for a check up and everyone was nice. In fact we took our dog here a couple of times and every one was always nice. Last fall we called to get an appointment for our cat to be neutered. Again, the same woman must have answered the phone and she told us up front " if you miss the appointment to have your cat neutered don't ever call us back because we will not see your animals again" I was taken back by the commit considering we have not ever missed an appointment in the past and have always paid cash when we took an animal or pet in. All I can say is they clearly do not need our business and I can't believe anyone would say these things to a paying consumer!!!! We will NEVER call them again and will use a vet who appreciates our business!!! read more
