After writing my review about the lackluster service, I received an apology approximately two months later by Chris, the manager, citing issues with their phone communication system. He apologized and offered me a deal that if I took down my review, he would provide a discount. He then told me to that I would be expecting a phone call the following day by one of his NP's. So I bit and deleted the review. That was days ago, and I have not received any further communication since. Also, it appears this company no longer allows reviews from Google. That alone would prompt me not to undergo any medical treatments with this company, because if the front-desk service is poor, the rest is probably downhill, too. Please be aware of this before making an appointment. I'd consider other options.

After a short explanation of my problem Dr. Roger Bonou then almost immediately told me my issue was not vein related, he than reluctantly sent me for an ultrasound, not even halfway through the ultra sound the doctor came in and rudley explained how he was correct to begin with, whithout my ultra sound results could be explained to me the doctor never came back and the technician came into the exam room to tell me i was done, I have been to 6 different doctors and no one can explain the phantom pain in my shin area, this doctor was extremely rude and dismissive and offered no help or hope or advice, he was clearly too busy or didnt even care, i strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you have a problem. If you are not sold the first few seconds speaking with Kristie (the equally amazing part of this duo) walk away because this all on you.
