I have seen no butts on the ground or any signs of drug use in the public areas. I have heard people talking going in and out of the main entrance but I can tell you in all my times going in and out of multiple entrances, and being able to see the main entrance from my windows, I have never seen people hanging around outside let alone anyone that was using drugs or appeared to be stoned.

Real Property Management Commonwealth is one of the most pathetic property managers I have ever…read moredealt with in my decade of living in the Boston area. The landlord hired RPM-C after we first moved into our apartment (within days) because of multiple issues - including Central AC needing to be replaced, pipes leaking, and washer/dryer leaking and broken. Over 3 months later, none of the above issues were fully addressed. Specifically the Central HVAC needing to be replaced (above upstairs bathroom). All the while, communication was horrible. Contractors were showing up at 7 AM unannounced, property manager nowhere to be found, texts messages unanswered. We were forced to manage the property and manage the project, all the while without access to an upstairs bathroom and AC during hottest months of the year. We eventually ended our lease early due to the ongoing feud with landlord (landlord refused to discount; was likely fed false information from the property manager). Upon exodus, the property management group had the audacity to blame us, the tenants, for all of the issues, byproducts of the issues that we inherited upon entering the lease only 3 months prior. They covered themselves by blaming us, and we did not received our security deposit. You are better off managing a property yourself than employing this pathetic excuse for an organization.

The employees and the firm I have dealt with have always been helpful, friendly and great to deal with. The earlier review of "incompetence," etc...sounds personal to me. I can't believe anyone in the office I've worked with is any one those things. This company is always professional, knowledgable, and courteous . It's obvious that other review is written out of anger and vindictiveness and a personal attack on the owner. Reviews like that should be deleted because they can't be taken seriously. She didn't even mention her reasons why she wrote it. She just slammed the owner for no apparent reason. I can list several reasons that they are competent. Their managment of my building, their repair services, and the finanical management are all outstanding just to name a few. These guys rule!

He entered our property without our approval and removed our belongings without our permission. To make matters worse, we were then wrongfully charged fines related to the very property he had removed. The entire situation has been incredibly frustrating and unfair. What's even more disappointing is the lack of communication. When we try to reach Mike by phone or email to address these issues, he doesn't respond. As homeowners, we expect a property management company to communicate professionally, respect our property, and address concerns in a timely manner. Unfortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite. Having someone enter your property, remove your belongings, charge you fines, and then ignore your attempts to resolve the situation is unacceptable. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves how it treats and communicates with homeowners.
