Took no time to install and I was on my way and it was much cheaper than going to the dealership. Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right. He ordered a new one that would fix the issue and was back out to install within days. Even though I should've gone with the dealer mirror initially, it was still much cheaper. His prices, service, warranty and kindness are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Butch handled the diagnosis with precision and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of just guessing at the issue. Butch explained the problems in clear, simple terms, from worn components to tricky wiring that comes with age. What impressed me most was his respect for the originality of my vintage GM car. The A/C now runs ice-cold and the airflow feels just like it did when the car was new. It's rare to find technicians who understand the unique challenges of vintage GM HVAC systems, but Butch absolutely delivered. Honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft--if you own a classic GM, this is the man to trust

The Yukon now slips into reduced speed mode on a regular and leaks oil like it's pissing to save its life. And that would be due to the fact that the rear main seal was not done as they said it would. And upon calling them to ask why we were hung up on multiple times, disrespected beyond belief and told that it wasn't included in the bill. But after finally being able to speak with some asshat manager he proceeded to read off all that was on the service order, and the very first thing was THE REAR MAIN SEAL. When we asked him to read the first repair on the list again he started yelling at us, told us we were crazy and never call there again. Now this is all after they called us and told us the Yukon was ready but upon "test driving" the Yukon in their parking lot there was a loud snapping sound and the Yukon would not move, shift gears and started smoking. Best of luck to anyone that is a customer at this place, is being referred by a customer or business or for the love of god himself has a vehicle there and is waiting the ridiculous wait period to get their vehicle back. That will not be completely completed.

Bridget the receptionist called my Dad when she saw the order and stated that Prosource Transimissions never received the payment of $1399 after the charge was taken from his bank account as soon as the purchase was made. Earl Leggett is the owner of Prosource and my Dad has called to speak with Earl multiple times and never has been able to reach him via telephone, but only receives a voicemail where the mailbox is full, therefore we cannot leave a message. Three weeks ago, my Dad' colleague Cecil was able to reach Earl Leggett and let my Dad speak with Earl. Earl told my Dad that he was awaiting a "Torque Converter" and he would receive the transmission shortly after once he received the converter. To date, there has been no return phone calls from Earl or Bridget from Prosource Transmission, and it has been over two months as of September 2, 2024. Earl Leggett, the owner of Prosource does not send ordered products after your payments are received for your order. He will not answer or return phone calls from customers once he receives their money. My Dad is out $1399, and filed a complaint of fraud with his Bank for further investigation of this matter. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from Prosource Transmission, because this company is a fraud, dishonest, a scam, not reputable and steals from customers. Once Earl Leggett receives your money he never speaks with customers again. SAVE YOUR MONEY, Find a Reputable Transmission Company so you will receive your products TIMELY as when ordered.
