Unresponsive, inexperienced, unprofessional maintenance. Apartment has bug issues, paint splatter everywhere, paper thin walls/windows, I can easily hear the conversations of my neighbors through the walls, outside building/property lights on all night. It is insanely difficult to direct delivery couriers for front door delivery for groceries, food, packages because the addresses aren't updated on most map systems, even Amazon deliveries take 4-6 days. It's sad because this property has the ability to be an amazing place to live, especially with the location. But a lot is currently lacking and probably needs a few years to settle before it's a truly enjoyable place to live.

I have had an ongoing plumbing issue in my unit since the first work order submitted on 4/11/22.The area of my master bathroom shower ceiling was leaking . Since this started I have been unable to use my master bathroom, especially with an open hole with exposed pipes & insulation hanging down . I have been reasonably patient & submitted numerous work orders hoping it would finally get fixed. But unfortunately after each time the plumber stated it was fixed, it started leaking that same night when the above unit used their shower . Then today I came home & the door to the balcony was unlocked, now I'm scared because I do not know who was in my unit?? .So when I turn on my faucets to wash my hands I HAVE NO WATER ! I went to my master bathroom and they sealed the hole in the ceiling (it was still leaking last night) .I did not authorize anyone to come into my unit . Actually I emailed the business manager, stating "I will contact you later , I do not want anyone in my unit" There was No Paperwork left, letting me know who was in my unit & what was done ! Now I have to put in an emergency work order to see why I have no water .So I also called the emergency line & the supervisor, always respectful & nice arrived promptly. Well it was turned off no idea why the water was turned off , since the leak was from the above unit.Still unresolved ......

I moved to Hunters Chase from North Jersey to be closer to my family in the South…read moreJersey/Philadelphia Metro. I moved into a 1 BR w/Den Apt. on 8.30.2024. I paid approx. $2,200 a month for rent, apt. insurance (their insurance), water, sewer and "covenience fees." There were banging noise issues with the side by side neighbors to me which I reported to the property management several times. They told me that they had "addressed" the banging noise issues with those neighbors. I honestly believe they did not because it really never changed. I just dealt with it. After only 4.5 months of living at Hunters Chase, I had to call the police on those same neighbors and send the below message to the property manager and the company office which is located in Pennsylvania and again on April 18, 2025. Unfortunately, I had to call the police regarding loud noise emanating from the next-door neighbors last night (1.18.2025) at 10:00pm. The noise woke me up from sleeping at about 9:30pm. The noise was their bathroom fan running non-stop, and it is extremely loud that I can hear it incessantly. They run it a lot throughout the day. I was hoping that they would turn it off, but they did not. After I called the police, I used noise cancelling headsets to get some quiet time. The police arrived about 10:45pm and spoke to the tenants. It is quite disappointing that these tenants seem to not understand nor respect neighborly boundaries nor property rules. As a result, I will not be renewing my lease at Hunters Chase. I believe my lease ends on 8.30.2025. I will continue to pay all bills on time and be a respectful tenant. The police were called again regarding the side-by-side neighbors. The neighbors, as stated on multiple occasions, make loud banging noises and run their bathroom fan for hours throughout the day on a daily basis. At 10pm on April 18, 2025, those neighbors were running their bathroom fan. The fan noise is loud and woke me up when I was sleeping. Police officers responded to my complaint and spoke with those neighbors and me. The police provided me with a complaint number which was given to the local property manager and the PA headquarters. There was NO follow - up from either. I am giving this place one star out five. One is generous! PS; If you decide to move there, which I highly recommend against doing, make sure to purchase noise cancelling headsets! You will need them - unfortunately - as the management will NOT address any issues! If you voice any concerns, the management will be spiteful and attempt to retaliate against you which of course is illegal and unethical.

There was a good size kitchen and living room on the bottom floor and our primary bedroom and laundry room were upstairs. They only had a few amenities such as gated parking, the clubhouse, the outside grills, and the gym. The units were somewhat updated, but all the cabinets needed to be replaced as well as both our washer, dryer, and carpet in our specific unit. The maintenance man, Rich, was the best part! He would fix any issues within a day and was always very friendly and helpful. We originally had loud neighbors for the first six months and you could hear everything since the walls are so thin. There were also issues with parking most nights. I would get home at 8pm and all of the spots in the whole community would be taken. There were multiple days when I would have to park in a guest spot outside of the clubhouse. The gates were broken constantly, which was frustrating since anyone could drive in and out of the community. There were also many issues with the rental fees being entered incorrectly. I would have to call pretty much every other month to have something changed since it was inputted wrong. It was a decent place to live for the short term.
