When he came to paint our home and I pacifically told him that I just have my house detailed clean and new floor just put in the day before so I expected to have my house to be cover up. This is a rental home so it's empty. No furniture or anything which make it lot easier for him. He agreed to cover all light fixtures and floor and keep the house as clean as it before. Well here is some photos that he left behind. PS we paid him in full amount because he said he would taking care of the house and clean up his mess which he NEVER did.

Mel refused to return and finish the job after the 3rd time and told us we can take him to court! Wow! We JUST moved into our new house with our baby and the bank REQUIRED it to be scraped properly and painted. Mel was made aware of this BEFORE agreeing to the tedious job and charged us an EXTRA $700 to scrape ALL the paint off and dispose of it all PROPERLY. (All paint scraped was to be removed from the property due to the lead base.) Needless to say it wasn't, on top of this his crew left behind their trash from every lunch and various other things thrown onto our lawn (front AND back)...NOT OK! Paint and various trash was left ALL OVER my property, thus contaminating EVERYTHING and our soil to grow food for our family. They only scraped a few spots here and there, it is horribly obvious! Mel even admited over text that he didn't do everything discussed nor scrape everything as asked and he's NOT going to... even though WE WERE CHARGED EXTRA FOR IT AND PAID IN FULL... SERIOUSLY?!? Mel again then stated that we could take him to court that he's "not giving us a dime" as he said he would, because we have to hire another company to do the job properly.... remember this was per the bank...WE COULD LOSE OUR HOME OVER THIS! There were also "touch-ups" done to the house which is completely normal, but I'm pretty sure they're supposed to use the EXACT SAME PAINT! NOT KIDDING. There are literally SPOTS all over my brand new painted house. I don't how what paint he used but it wasn't what WE PAID FOR HIM TO PURCHASE! It's a different finish so it's shiny unlike the flat/satin finish that was chosen for the house AND its lighter in color...wtf?!? They also didn't put any painters plastic down or anything to protect our front porch, gutters, windows, window screens, staircases, flowerbeds, and various other things that got ruined during the time they were on my property. There is overspay on EVERYTHING and was NEVER removed! Mel stated he'd never thought of putting protective layering down before working and he doesn't do THAT... are you kidding me? You don't protect your clients property...seriously?! The ENTIRE HOUSE, PORCH, GUTTERS, TRIM, AND NOW ALL FIXTURES NEED TO BE REPAINTED AND FIXED! On top of the fact that we now have to deal with lead paint contamination. I am appalled that this is how our new fellow community members treated us! Mel has since changed his phone number and address so we can't locate him to serve him the court documents.... have no fear, we WILL find him and have justice served! It's such a shame though..... Logan Lawrence was hired to complete flooring on 12-19-23. He continued to text excuse after excuse…read morefor not completing the agreement. He agreed to refund me (he cancelled the pending refund) an additional amount of money, yet Logan faulted on this agreement as well. He did not complete the flooring, he was not reliable, he made excuses, and did not provide my refund. As of 1-11-23, Logan continues to make excuses on refunding me. I do not recommend his services and believe he will continue to treat customers as he has treated me: incomplete services, non-refundable fees, and unmet promises. PLEASE BEWARE!
