We had him install over 200 sq. ft. of porcelain tile in a kitchen and attached breakfast nook. He did a beautiful, meticulous job, listening to what we wanted and cleaning up all the debris each day, after his work. He used high-quality products, like the cement board and even the nails. Mr. Delori is an extremely hard worker, working non-stop each day, always showing up on time, when he said he would. In addition, his fee was reasonable for a week's worth of hard, detailed work. One of the biggest issues was a lack of attention to detail, which showed up in several areas of the work. The master bath was the flooring and installation of 2 vanities, 2 tall cabinets and tearing out of the old shower and put in sheet rock and 3 shelves. I had 2 outlets moved and 2 new ones installed. That alone took an entire day. The second bath was just a vanity, flooring and a toilet. it was a very small bath. they also ordered and charged me for 4 boxes of flooring tiles when less than two boxes were needed. They said they had a minimum amount they had to order. I work so I wasn't there. My neighbors said the spent 75% of the day outside smoking or on the phone. I hired my own painter who also does renovations. He spent 2 days fixing every MC messed up. It took a full gallon of paint for the master bath because 4 coats were required to cover whatever they used to patch. They were sloppy with the caulking and silicone so there are visible areas that cannot be painted. I paid MasterCraft $28,000 and another $2500 to fix their mistakes. Beware.

Good points: The showroom staff was helpful and polite. The showroom is open on select evenings and Saturdays which was convenient. There were multiple hardwood flooring brands available on display making it easier to find the perfect color and style for my project. Scheduling a quote for the project was easy. A person visited my home within a week of me asking for the quote. The quote was available in a reasonable amount of time after the house was measured. The price quoted to me was comparable to other flooring companies I had researched. Financing was available through Wells Fargo bank. The process to get the financing was simple and only required me to fill out a short form. Bergey did the rest of the paperwork for the loan and then ordered the flooring once the money had been approved by the bank. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my property and belongings. They were respectful of my neighbors waiting until 8am to begin their work which limited the amount of disturbance to others. Not so good points: Although the entire process was seamless, I felt like I did not always know what was happening at any given time. It would have been nice to have a bit more communication between Bergey and myself. At times, I needed to chase for information. In my opinion, I should not have to chase for information. Bergey should have provided the information more readily instead of assuming I knew what was going on at any given stage of the project. I highly recommend using A.W.
