San Marcos Premium Outlets is a wonderful place for some decent to great deals. I noticed some…read morestores that have closed down or have moved locations since the last time I was here. They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.

I've been to many crystal and rock stores before and never experienced that kind of atmosphere. Just Negative. It genuinely felt like we were being watched the entire time, which made browsing unpleasant. My friend noticed the same thing and even told me, "let it go--it's not your negative energy; it's hers." My friends and I spent probably close to $150, but were still met with constant staring and a very curt "we close in 10 minutes," which came across as rude and unnecessary since we were already aware of the time. The older lady that was there was super sweet to me when I found malachite I hadn't seen in other stores. This month marks 2 years without my grandpa. And that rock, although I didn't go there for that rock, ended up speaking to me and I knew I had to have it. The older lady listened to me while I noticed the younger girl staring me down into my soul. It was SO very weird. We were all so excited to visit this rock shop we saw on Google maps. We were ALL in a good mood, and her mood didn't change or add to our day. Just made me feel very uncomfortable that 20 minutes or so that we were there. As we were leaving I saw a section on the wall outside the entrance that had photos of ppl who stole from them and thought it was a good idea because the people that stole from y'all are on blast and now other ppl can see them too. And also an oxymoron because a staff member had negative energy. Also on the wall stated to not bring in negative energy. We brought in good energy and were met with whatever that was. I never had trouble finding parking, and always find a few good deals when I visit. Most recently, I found a couple of hand tools in a tool outlet store, some calendars and toys, and my spouse found great deals on sweaters and jeans in the Old Navy outlet. It happened to be New Year's Eve, so the whole place closed early (6 p.m.!) and we didn't get a chance to visit every store, but next time we go will be on a better shopping day.
