Do not come here.. place is a scam. If your UNION, don't go here as manager stated our insurance gives this office the hardest time and they don't like to deal with UNION PPO INSURANCE... This office has consistent problems with billing accuracy and basic accountability. Treatment estimates were revised multiple times in a single visit due to clear errors -- incorrect fees, added procedures, and paperwork that did not match the insurance authorization. Sedation was removed without issue, yet the office cancelled the procedure on the day of, citing new requirements that had never been mentioned. An in-person payment was also misapplied and incorrectly marked as unpaid, with no response from the Operations Manager after being contacted. Patients should expect to verify every charge and every document themselves or be overcharged for no other reason than greed. read more

Our experience with this office has been a nightmare, it revealed major operational and billing problems that patients deserve to be aware of. During a routine pre-appointment, the treatment estimate was revised several times because of repeated mistakes on their end -- incorrect fees, added procedures, and even an unexplained extra tooth listed on the paperwork. The only reason the final amount reflected the correct cost was because the errors were identified and compared against the insurance authorization. Sedation had been removed from the treatment plan in advance, and the procedure was already scheduled. After the billing issues were brought to their attention and paid, the office waited until the day of the procedure to cancel, stating the surgeon now "recommends sedation". This information was never mentioned previously, and the timing of it all how convenient. We also raised concerns about a separate payment that was misallocated internally after being made in person and staff said "we will take care of it". The account reflected a nonpayment even though the funds were applied incorrectly on their side. The Operations Manager was contacted for clarification, but no response has been provided. The pattern of errors and lack of accountability raises serious concerns about how this office manages patient care and billing. Families should be prepared to double-check all documentation and charges if they choose this location. Had been going here for years. Staff is nice and dentist does decent work but prices are high and found out that some work that was indicated to be needed was not when I went to another dentist seeking a second opinion. Check your insurance plan thoroughly before you go because there were questionable charges when I got my bill from my insurance provider. They had a charge for hygiene instructions when no such instructions were given during my visit and those costs weren't covered by my insurance. It came out of pocket, so I contacted triangle about that. Then I had a standard cleaning one time that I later found out should have been free and they charged me roughly $25. It's like they don't like you leaving their office without be charged in some way for something /them gouging you as much as they can. That did it for me. Found another dentist. read more

Poor patient service and care. Wanted to charge me an additional $100.00 for a follow-up appointment with a periodontal dentist. The follow-up appointment should have been part of the coverage from my periodontal surgery. I really needed the appointment for good dental follow up. I'm very unhappy with this office. I left and will seek follow-up care elsewhere. Follow up post: the periodontist called me 3 times very apologetic for the treatment I received and I will be seeing them at another office with no additional fees. I am not a big fan of any type of dental work, I resist going as much as possible, unfortunately, my back molar cracked I needed to see a dentist, evidently my long period without seeing a dentist my check-up was not good news. I have a lot of work to do, today my two sessions of deep cleaning was completed, I appreciated Hygienist Ramia Alarkan, she made me comfortable and at ease while doing what needed to be done. The fact that I came back for the second session demonstrates that she did a good job. I hope Triangle will continue to change my perspective on dental work. read more

Triangle Dental is repulsively dishonest and disrespectful. I think this is the first negative review I've written about any business. Please don't trust them with your family's health. They lied three times to my face about not charging money for X-rays and then charged for them. Thankfully, I kept the document they printed out claiming they wouldn't charge me. I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). After arguing disrespectfully, Triangle Dental finally "agreed" to submit insurance revisions and waive all fees. But a month later? They haven't done it. So now I'm having to reopen the BBB complaint and we're having to file grievances with two different dental insurance companies just to stop these slimeballs from stealing our money. Please look elsewhere if you enjoy being treated like a human being. read more

I went here before the pandemic w Delta dental insurance. After taking X-rays etc. I was then told they don't accept this insurance. The front office personnel are not friendly. Why did I return? Simply bc I figured now that they like everyone else , has suffered some economic repercussions. BTW they now accept Delta dental insurance & bc they're located within walking distance of my neighborhood (Heritage). Vanessa has a very nasty attitude just like the other comment reported, All they want is money, they aren't concerned about effective treatments and will keep you in braces longer than needed so they can charge more. They hadn't scheduled my daughter for her braces adjustments in 7 months, I was still bringing her in for regular appts when I noticed adjustment weren't being made, when I called in to inquire as to why, they admitted to it being their mistake, once they rescheduled her again for Ortho appts, they then told me that I would have to pay an additional $650 to continue braces, when it was pointed out to them they said she wasn't wearing her rubber bands, BUT would not acknowledge the fact that the delayed appts, due to their incompetency had anything to do with it! I have insurance, but was told by the staff my insurance doesn't cover hardly anything and it was the"worst" insurance she's seen. It's not like you walk around with your insurance coverage and codes. I got home and checked my coverage after being approved for 4900 on their credit card and the work "that they made fit" into exactly 4900. I feel that they've scammed me into believing my insurance coverage was what it was so that they could receive immediate payment by the credit card company rather than wait to be paid wait to be paid by the insurance company. My insurance covers a lot more than I was lead to believe. Per the codes they used , I (including the up charges for materials not covered) have been over charged by thousands. At this point , no claim for my insurance has been made by them. They're not responding to the insurance company and have made no attempt to contact us. We've filed a grievance with our insurance company days after the service (end of January). And since have been in contact with the insurance company multiple times and they've confirmed that they've contacted the office with no reply. When we've called the office , we've been treated as though we're in the wrong. I will be contacting the Dental Board of California regarding their potential illegal billing practices. I'm not usually one who yelps but this is not right! My suggestion is know what your coverage is and go somewhere else. Pay attention to these yelps . My son had a hard time at the dentist when he first started going due to some sensory problems, the dentist and all the staff have been very patient with him and after almost a year with them my son has grown to like going to the dentist. first visit here I waited in the lobby for almost an hour to be seen, despite being on time for my appt. after calling me back i sat in a chair for around another hour before the doctor came to see me. i'm surprised i came back after that. after i got my quote and exam done, i called back a few weeks later to schedule a cleaning and ask about some insurance changes - to which they said they'd call me back. i called back and forth with them FIVE times before getting an answer despite being told id get a call back every time. After calling back the last time I was able to finally schedule an appointment, and upon arriving they said "they don't have me down for that, and need to see if they can fit me in" despite me being very clear over the phone on what i wanted to come in for. the receptionist blamed it on "call center" - which isn't true because i recognized the person I spoke to from coming in before. they're lousy and slow here, obviously not caring about your time. read more

I chose this dental office because it was convenient and attended a few times. There was scheduling issues due to their computer system often However, the most concerning was the following. I was told I needed a filling replaced which would cost to my insurance and $1k out of pocket. I decided to wait since I had no pain. Six months later I return and I'm told I need a whole crown. They were charging my insurance plus $2k out of pocket. For one tooth. The whole thing did not seem right. I saw a very well recommend dentist in another city who was surprised about the previous findings and said I definitely did not need a crown. And on top of that, I didn't even need to replace the filling. It was optional. This office should be embarrassed to not only practice unnecessary procedures for pure profit. I had been a dental assistant for 35 years, so am a little picky about my dentist. Since I retired I have seen 6 dentists, none of whom I thought was good or caring or as honest as they should be. A couple never even introduced themselves, and was in and out in a couple of minutes. Another told me that if we didn't buy their tooth rinse that they wouldn't see us again at all. The last one told my husband he had 16 fillings that needed to be done, although he had none 6 months before and has none now. Ths dentist is really great and spent a lot of time with my husband and I and was really nice, but not pushy. Blanca cleaned my teeth VERY WELL and for the 1st time in years I felt like I had a good cleaning. The other dentists just polished, which is not a cleaning at all. This is not a good Dental Co. I am supposed to make an appointment for my Family (Family of 5). They were asking me for a deposit of $50.00 each or a total of $250 for 5 persons. The lady I am talking to told me if only for two there will be no deposit. I told her what if I will set appointment first for two then I will call again for another three will I still be charged for $250 deposit instead of $150 and I was told yes I will still be charged for $250. I told her I don't see the logic there. Although I asked for the Manager so I can talk to somebody who is reasonable, unfortunately, she told me she is already the Manager. A manager who don't know how to handle customer and don't know how to analyze the situation and get a potential new regular patients (of five) who regularly doing their dental services twice a year (because this is part of my free insurance benefits). Actually, they don't see that getting an appointment for me is also very important considering I am setting the appointment two months from now, It means that it is very important too to for me to have that date, because not always I am free same time with my family. I even told her that we have just moved 0.20 miles away that is why we choose to move our dental services to them from our previous dentist that we have a record of more than 5 years, having twice a year dental services without any missed. Anyway, I found a better Dental Co. who is very accommodating, no deposits and I got a very nice reception over the phone. It's just 0.50miles away from them.
