I think this place may have been greatly updated and improved. The place was really clean and the machines were excellent. There are a few which take a credit card as well as quarters. The locals who use this place were very helpful and I left with my clothes clean and dry. Highly recommended.

This may be the worst laundromat that I've ever visited in my life. I actually added the business…read morejust to give it a review, it's that bad. I'll never come back here after all the crap that happened. First, everything here seems rusty, dirty, or like it is leaking. Almost every washing machine has smears on it or smudges, the dryers look dated and rusted on the outside, the floors have bits of trash and spilled soap in numerous places, and almost every dispenser and vending machine is chipped, dented, missing a lot of items, or barely works. The support posts in the room are filthy looking and missing paint and the ceiling lights are full of dead bugs. Second, the change machine, of which into I put $5, ate one of my quarters, so I had to break another $5 to get the change to run 2 machines, one of which ate a quarter. So, from my $10, I'm down to $9.50. I load my machines, select the same exact settings, press start, and notice that each of them have different times. The one that didn't eat my quarter is giving me 3 more minutes for some reason. When they were all done, my clothes did not smell good. There was a weird funk about them, like the water was unclean or something. Finally, I go to use the dryers pictured in my tip. I load the dryer, put in a quarter to see how much time I'm getting, and one machine shows no change in time while the other begins to blink. I put in another quarter and still no change. None of the buttons respond, so I give up and move to the next set of machines. I reload the new dryer, pop in a quarter, and a light begins flashing to let me know the quarter was accepted, but I'm not shown how much time I'm getting or how much I still owe. The other machines didn't even blink to show the money was accepted, but they sure as hell didn't give my money back when I pressed the coin return. I put in $1 and hit start and things began to work. The two loads of clothes came out perfectly dry and warm, which was a relief. So, out of my $10, I had $1 stolen from me due to broken machines and no ability to get my coins back from the return buttons, and my clothes, while dry, smell unpleasant. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially since the Annville Laundromat is just 3 miles down the road and is much better.

I recently visited Rolling Thunder Express Car Wash and had a generally good experience with the…read moreactual car wash itself. The process was fast, thorough, and reasonably priced for what was included. I chose the Rumble + Burst package for $21, which came with Bug Prep, Wheel Cleaner, Triple Foam, Fusion Bath/Rinse/Prime/Seal, Rain Repel, Mammoth Dry, Buff N Dry, Diamond Tire Shine, and access to the vacuums and cleaning supplies. The wash did a solid job cleaning my vehicle, and I appreciated that there were plenty of vacuum spaces available, so it wasn't difficult to find a spot to finish detailing my car. However, there were some noticeable issues. Several of the vacuums were not working, which meant I had to move between spots to find one that functioned properly. The biggest disappointment was that the automatic mat wash and dry station was out of service. This was actually one of the main reasons I chose this location, as it is prominently advertised on their website. While the wash itself was good and the value was fair, the broken equipment took away from the overall experience. Because a key advertised feature wasn't available and some of the vacuums were not operational, I'm giving this visit 2 out of 5 stars.

A couple days later, I just happened to see the roof, looked like bird crap at first, but then I saw 6 places where the brushes from the car wash took off the paint on my roof. I called and a few days later had to call again, and Marcy immediately denied that it was their car wash that did it. She said she would tell the owners though. She texted back and same thing, they didn't want to even hear about it. So I said I would take it to social media and see if anyone else has any problems like that, then she offered for me to meet with the owners. I had to call again a week lafter and she finally had Ken meet me. He said he would meet with the owners and discuss it in a couple days. I was barely hone and Marcy sent me some rules that said I don't deserve any compensation for the damage to my roof. I had already got an estimate of $679. SO THANKS FOR NOTHING FAST LANE ON MILL STREET IN HERSHEY. I'm sure Marcy didn't even wait till the owners met. If you want your car scratched or a new design etched into it, please visit them, I certainly will not any more. It's back to washing it at home like I always used to....I do a better job anyway!!!!

Last year my credit card information was disconnected from the account. It wasn't a huge deal and I after a lengthy phone conversation I was finally able to resolve it. Earlier this year it happened again. After embarrasingly holding up traffic in the fast lane I was "told, "account not active", So I showed my CC and was told, no worry, you're all set". Until my next visit when I discovered that nothing was fixed. This time I escalated it to the local manager was very apologetic and added special comments attached to my the vehicles which covered washes for a period of time. At the end of that period, I was told it will automatically connect to my credit card. It did not, so again I went thru the same hassle in the fast lane while members lined up behind me. After yet another attempt the car I was in was back on the account and there was one transaction on my card. All good, you would think, To add the 2nd car I was told we needed bring that car, me and my credit card to update the status. After coordinating a special trip the attendant ask for the credit card / phone number on the account. For the 5th time in under 2 years I was told, sorry your account has been deactivated. This will be the final time I will hear this from your company. I will find an alternate I called to call to share this but was told "because of heavier than normal calls, my estimated wait time would be 18 minutes"......not happening!
