Called to ask a few questions and a rather disinterested lady told me to call back later after I found my VIN, then hung up on me! Then I emailed the person named in my appointment confirmation the same questions. Never heard back. I showed up the morning of my appointment and was unsure where to enter for service, as I didn't see any SERVICE signs. Pulled around to the bay in the back and sat there. The door never opened and I could see a person sitting at the counter inside. They ignored me. After a few minutes, I backed out and left. I was so disgusted that I considered making the 2-hour drive back to Durham for future service. On my drive home I passed the Volvo dealership right down the street from Flow. I could clearly see the SERVICE sign and decided to look online for any good deals on a new Volvo. Filled out a form online and Volvo called me within the hour. So, I drove back to the Volvo dealership, met the most amazing staff I've ever encountered at a car dealership, and left with a brand new 2026 Volvo! Flow, let this be a lesson. You lost my business that day. I happily traded in my RDX for another car and MUCH BETTER Customer Service. I would give my experience with Flow zero stars, if possible, and would not recommend anyone do business there.

I was met by a nice young man, "Eric D"., within 2 minutes of pulling into one of their two Charge Point stations on their lot; he offered to hook the car up (a nice surprise!). My charge was very low and so was my phone battery. I didn't have a Charge Point card, but Eric led me to a very nice lady at the Flow BMW sales desk, "Bonnie," who offered to loan me hers without hesitation.(Already I'm thinking these folks are cool...) Bad planning on my part; how could I leave home without my phone charger? Luckily, I at least had my CAR charging adapter, but it was still going to take longer than I'd expected to charge my vehicle. Eric had a better idea and led me into the Service Dept. where they had a wall charger for their own customers, which proved to be a little faster. (Remember, I'm not driving a BMW, I'm in a Tesla.) While I was waiting, I met all the Service Advisors. Being a woman myself, and in a new environment, I first approached "Nikki": a charming and welcoming young woman who was happy to accommodate my need for assistance. "Jason" who was every bit as pleasant, asked if I'd like a hot cup of fresh coffee (it was cold outside, but nice and warm in the Service Dept.) -- or donuts. The waiting area is in-between the Service Dept. and the Sales Show Room. I decided to get out of their way and made my way to a comfortable chair. Here I was offered a bottled water (which I happily accepted)! Straight in front of where I sat down was probably the most gorgeous white BMW 8 series 2dr coupe I have ever seen. Now don't get me wrong, I like my 2013 white Tesla--but WOW! This 2021 sport model BMW was HOT! Of course I had to take a stroll or two around it, as well as all the other beautiful BMWs in the show room. By this time everyone probably knew I was the stranded Tesla owner (or so I assumed), but I was pleasantly surprised not to be hounded by an over-eager Sales Associate. Everyone kindly acknowledged my presence, but gave me space to enjoy the scenery. Though when I did have questions about the drop-dead gorgeous 8 series, they were happy to provide the answers. What a GREAT place to be "stranded." :D I couldn't help marinating on what a wonderful customer service experience I was having...especially since I wasn't even a customer! Back in the Service Dept., Service Advisor Corey (aka "Potts") offered to lend me his phone charger from his own car, so I would have enough battery to get home to Greensboro. Michael and Kenny, two other Service Advisors, couldn't have been nicer. Michael even showed me some cool stuff online about my Tesla and some similarities with the new BMWs. He appeared to be very tech-saavy and luxury brand saavy, and we had an enthusiastic conversation. On a few occasions Nikki noticed that my car would stop charging (the lights stopped blinking). Thanks Nikki!! Had she not made that observation, they may have been stuck with me til closing time. At one point an actual BMW Service Technician came out and took a look. (Who does that!?) :D We all agreed that it appeared to be my adaptor. I can honestly say I have never been to an auto dealership where the entire Service Department staff was so eager to please, so accommodating and just so darn NICE. *And I have owned 11 vehicles.* I'd like to give a big shout out to their Service Manager Josh Kineard--probably the only person I didn't meet yesterday. He must be a great person to work for, as he has a full staff of incredibly professional, nice, happy, helpful and empathetic Customer Service employees! I may own a Tesla now, but when it's time to consider trading, I will most definitely consider Winston-Salem's Flow BMW. The most important thing when owning a car (to me) is the service you experience while owning it. I would trust ANY of the Flow BMW service personnel to provide excellent, if not exceptional automobile service. THANK YOU FLOW BMW of W-S SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Toni R. Greensboro

Absolutely horrible! The worst rip off! Fraudsters! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!…read more I had my car towed to this dealership for service. My extended family used it and kept the key. So, I needed a new key. I knew that there was something wrong with my key. A young man comes out, introduces himself as Z'Kwan and says quietly that my key is fake and invites me into the office. Another gentleman is seated behind a desk-Chris. Chris hasn't even seen the car, yet he starts with the story of "this is the worst thing ever in history-recall with no remedy! Price tag for the key $1,000" I just came from the airport. I have luggage, a cat. The recall with no remedy is repeated to me like a broken record over the next twenty minutes. Chris pulls out a piece of paper and starts his sales pitch-monthly payments, pro's and cons, features. I keep declining. Chris shows $345 payment and we go for a test drive. The car is Kia Forte 2019. Chris leaves the room, comes back with papers and announces "I am reading direct from CarFax-no accidents!" He doesn't show me CarFax. Later the CarFax is one thing missing from my envelope with sales paperwork. I manage to get a copy from the dealership and the dealership employee signature is not Chris, not Z'Kwan or the sales manager. It is some other employee. Chris also tells me that extended warranty is included in the price. The finance manager keeps covering up the papers and prevents me from reading or asking anything yelling that she has to leave. I sign and Chris suddenly calls my name as I am loading things in the car and as I turn around camera flashes. He took a shocked face picture of me by the car-no permission requested. I drive home (live in California at the time) and the first repair $1200 less than a week after arrival. I parked too close to the curb scratching front bumper. The shocker is as I drive on expressway loud explosion sound and something flies from underneath the car. All the lights come on the dashboard. I drive to my local Kia service and told that inspection which is not included $280, and shocker-extended warranty service contract DOES NOT COVER REPAIR! I call Bob King Mazda from my local Kia and Chris says "I told the customer the repair isn't going to be covered" into the speaker phone. Liar! Cheater! Fraudster! Save your money! Avoid at all costs! I'm currently in the market for a new car and that's the reason I finally took the time to write this.

If you plan I buying a car from this dealer make sure you take it to your mechanic first and have them verify the soundness of the car. We did not do this because we drove 260 miles to buy the car and do not know any local mechanics. We took the owner at his word that the car was solid and dependable. It was neither.
