The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and they don't try to do that thing some other veterinarians do and push products on you! Suggest them, sure, but they don't push it! We've been taking our cats here for years, even though they are probably one of the more costly places in town. But, you do get what you pay for here. I cannot stress enough how awesome the staff is here, from the front desk folks to the veterinarians themselves. I would rather pay a little extra and get good customer service than the alternative. Some things: 1. They have kitty condos for long term cat stays! 2. They respond to emails (the address is found on their website) quickly. 3. They understand emergencies and try their best to avoid making you and your pet wait. 4. They have totally separate areas for cats and dogs! No awkwardness with a screaming cat in a carrier and a scared dog on a leash in the same waiting area. 5. They utilize the PetDesk app, which is just spectacular for people who use their phones' for everything. Of course you can still call in, but having an app tied to the vet is nice too. 6.
