They are ridiculously high/overpriced even if they do practically nothing but an examination. Along with the high price they also have a very rude uncaring demeanor!! Consider the impact of your actions and try to correct it rather than telling the traumatized person it was somehow THEIR fault. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. I don't even want to give this place 1 star…read more My dog was there for a couple nights and I would never take him there again. Every dog in the place was barking up a storm. His tail was bleeding. Nose is bright red. Dirty and smelly. I truly felt like I was picking him up from a shelter. He was so scared and nervous, it took awhile to calm him down. His bedding is really gross and he needs a bath desperately. I feel like a horrible mom for leaving him here and should have trusted my gut feeling but we had no other option. The owner said they were full and that was reassuring. When we left there was someone there who knew the owners name and felt comfortable, but I still am kicking myself.

The first time, the lady hung up on me and seemed rushed. The last two times, she couldn't check on him because she didn't know who had him? But she said she'd call back in ten mins. Three hours later, nothing. I called again and she said "I'm very busy but can call you back." Still nothing. We get to pick him up the next day and he's terrified, shaking, and cowered in his kennel with no water. In addition, the "lady" ,if you can call her that, at the desk was just plain stupid. I asked her about why I never got called back but she couldn't tell me anything but lies like "we tried to call you." No, they didn't. I confirmed my number with a person earlier and so I know they had it. They also didn't try calling my bf either.... and they also had his number. She told me he was in his kennel the whole time except to go out to pee. He never interacted with other dogs or got a chance to play. They were neglectful, rude, lazy..... whatever it was. Not sure what happened because this place came highly recommended but I'm never taking my dog back here again and I made my anger very clear while I was there as well. This is someone's dog, their life and basically their child and you call yourself professionals? Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous.

I offered to pay them for bathing and they said it was complimentary. :) Took my dog to the correct groomer and she was equally understanding.
