When we started looking for a puppy to help with my cardiac bigeminy (an irregular heart rhythm), we spent months researching breeds. We decided on a BERNEDOODLE because they are non-shedding and hypoallergenic for travel. After speaking with several breeders who didn't quite seem to listen to what I was looking for, I found Harmony View Puppies in Owenton, KY. I explained my medical needs, and they told me they had an incredibly smart puppy named Tinkerbelle.I know what you're thinking... a "Princess" puppy who is perfect for exactly what I need? What are the odds? They just want to sell a puppy, right? But they convinced me she was the one. After several video calls, my husband and I drove out to Owenton (which was amazing--we visited the Ark Encounter and local breweries!).When we met Tinkerbelle, she was adorable, but I kept my poker face on. My husband sat with her and offered a treat. She sniffed it and walked away. A "smart" puppy turned down food? But then she walked over to me and gave me her paw. I held strong, but a few minutes later, she laid next to my husband, rolled onto her back, and used her paw to physically push his hand down to her belly for rubs. That was it--we melted and fell in love.We brought her home with EVERYTHING a puppy could need, including a crate. But we didn't get a puppy... we got a literal PRINCESS! She would play with her toys and then neatly tuck them back into her dog bed. Soon, she wanted on the couch, and out came the paw. I had to hold it. Then I noticed my heart. I was sitting there in bigeminy, having to hold this puppy's paw! She was supposed to be MY service dog, not the other way around! She refused to sleep in her crate. I called Harmony View Puppies, and they gave us wonderful training tips. She was perfect during the day, but at night, she'd demand to come out, and I'd have to hold her paw until she fell asleep. After two weeks, my husband gave up and bought a larger mattress so she could just sleep with us. Talk about tough parenting! We hired a trainer for basic obedience. Tinkerbelle was brilliant (mostly at manipulating us), but she would randomly freeze and demand we hold her paw. Then, at 8 months old, I woke up feeling terrible. She wouldn't stop pestering me with her paw. I had my husband crate her so I could call my doctor, and she went absolutely crazy--barking and biting at the wire. The doctor sent me to the hospital, where I stayed for five days for cardiac procedures. Tinkerbelle was a perfect angel for my husband while I was gone. When I got home, she immediately went right back to the paw. Every single time: hold my paw, my paw, my paw. Exhausted, I called our trainer. She told me to start tracking the exact moments Tinkerbelle did this and take an EKG on my smartwatch. That's when we found the pattern.Every single time she demanded I hold her paw, my heart was in bigeminy. Even when I couldn't feel it myself, she knew. She was waking me up at night to alert me before my own body registered the episode! Then we realized she does the same thing to my husband. He doesn't have a heart condition, but he does have diabetes. We started checking his blood sugar when she gave him the paw, and sure enough, she was accurately alerting to his highs and lows. We only trained her in basic obedience--she figured out how to save our lives completely on her own!So, did we get a service dog? Well, we got a spoiled, bed-hogging Princess who has her ears and teeth cleaners on auto-ship, goes to the groomer every 6 weeks, gets her nails done every Thursday, and wears matching pajamas to bed. We will never be able to give her one-tenth of what she gives us.If it wasn't for Harmony View Puppies, we would have never found our four-legged soulmate. This is our second time adopting from Harmony View Puppies, and once again, we couldn't be happier! A year ago, we adopted our sweet Cockapoo from them, and the experience was so wonderful that we knew we wanted to come back when we were ready to add another furry member to our family. We recently adopted our sweet Shichon girl, and she is such a loving, playful, and active little sweetheart! She has already brought so much more joy and love into our home. We truly feel so blessed to have found such wonderful pets through Harmony View Puppies. Both of our babies are incredibly loving, and our house is officially full of love, puppy cuddles, and happy memories. Thank you, Harmony View Puppies, for helping us grow our family once again! We couldn't recommend you enough! read more

We have had the best experience with Harmony View Puppies. We drove up to KY with two puppies in mind, Rusty and Garth and knew we would have a hard time choosing...which we definitely did...so we chose both. We could not be happier. They love each other and are so playful and cuddly. Stephanie is amazing with providing all the essential information and records. You will go home with everything you need to make puppy's new home transition as easy as possible as well as keeping your puppy healthy. Both our pups are doing really well with adapting to us and our home as well as having an excellent first new vet examination. Potty training continues improving...they are so smart! Harmony View Puppies - Stam the dog - Pet Breeders Near Me - Kearney, Nebraska

I think it's pretty strange that these people would say that I was harassing them. I was very excited to get the puppy. They say they have pet stores, so they should have a business address somewhere. If harassing them is trying to get directions where they are located, and asking questions about the dog, then I guess I was harassing them. I live in Nicholasville KY. They say they are in Owenton somewhere. I was asking for an address so I would know how long it would take for me to get there and what day to set up appointment to get the dog. They asked for money, I asked if any one else had wanted the dog I picked out, they said no, I said well, I will pay you when I get there. Thats when all communication stopped. Thats when I tried tracking down the place that did not exist. They say they are in Owenton KY, but their response was from NE somewhere. I still think this is a scam. But it doesn't matter. I got the dog that was intended for me to have, from a shelter, not a so called breeder or pet store and for 1/3 of what they were charging, for a dog that probably don't exist. read more
