Very Concerned. They…read moreseemed professional in the beginning. I signed a contract in December and waited for my April installation. They told me they wouldn't take any money until they were ready to order metal because they were ready to do the job. They took 50% in January. And since then I have contacted them four times to find out when I'm going to get my roof and I never get an answer. All emails are ignored. Phone calls either go to voicemail and are unreturned or if I get someone they dont know the answer, say they will check and get back to me. They have never gotten back to me. Really no excuse for this much dropping of the ball unless there is bad intent. I'm giving it until Friday and then I am getting the lawyers involved.
