The only reason I knew where the police sent it (2 hours away) is because of my tracking device. But it's no wonder when they are charging daily rates. So when I finally was able to get an update from my tracker, locate my car (reported stolen) which took me 3 days, my bill was over 700.00! On top of this the two hour commute from Raton to Dalhart was HORRIBLE because there is NO public or private transportation readily available. Essentially we were left stranded in a town with like a hotel and two gas stations, and nothing close by within hours, no vehicle and somehow magically we were to get two hours away to their tow shop. Well we did and we updated them multiple times along the way and we arrived around 10pm only to find out they were closed until 8am! We had JUST confirmed they were meeting us! So in Dalhart you'll find it's a run down town with a crappy hotel or two which we were forced to stay at. Another $100. AND THEN....8am the next day THEY BILLED US FOR ANOTHER DAY! GREED! And likely bff with the police which is why they were given the job. Fail. You suck.

When mom and dad of 5 of the girls (including the two expectant mothers) got word, they gathered up tools to make the nine-hour journey to try to help. There were no state troopers or police available, and roadside assistance wasn't available either! At 8am, I called City Hall, who immediately placed a call to Deason Automotive, and they took care of our girls and got the van back up and running in two hours' time.
