This company should not be in business! They recently purchased Baron Pool and Landscape which had…read moreall of the necessary credentials and licenses for both areas of work. Labriola Masonry carries a Residential Pool License (B-5) and a Commercial/Residential License (CR-31) for Masonry. I hired them to construct Retaining walls, Garden walls, Hardscape, and Pool Construction. They should have stuck with what they were good at. (Masonry work) They had to replace 5 swim up bar seats three times due to not being straight, did not know how to lay mosaic tile with paper backing, and messed up the catch basin to the infinity edge. Their workmanship on pools is sub standard. 1 year and 9 months, and the pool is half done. I also hired them to do complete Hardscape. I specifically told the Owner that I did not want female Medjool Date Palms due to dropping fruit. What do I get, 4 female Medjool Date Palms. They had to crane them out and put 7 more in at $2700 a piece. Four of the seven died to date and have not been refunded. I began to question both the workmanship and knowledge that this company had with regards to pool construction and Landscaping. As it turns out, they do not hold a License for Landscaping (R-21 or CR-21) according to the ROC, which they needed for the Hardscape portion of this job. Pictures speak volumes! If you want to pay top dollar for a sub standard pool and landscape, make sure you call these guys! (Sarcasm) Needless to say, I had to let them go. I have made repeated calls and emails to remedy the situation, but all fell on deaf ears. I have lost thousands of dollars for the loss of my trees and having a QUALIFIED pool company to come in and repair what this company did. This is an accurate description of my experience only with this company.

A simple courtesy--asking me to move my cars--would have prevented this. All of my vehicles had just been washed and are now completely covered in dust. Even more concerning, the equipment operator saw me getting out of the car with my baby and continued dropping rocks anyway, sending sand, dust, and debris into both of our eyes. This was not only unprofessional but unsafe. The lack of care and consideration shown by both the operators and the company is unacceptable, and the damage and cleanup have cost me several hundred dollars.

They responded immediately when I did. Be careful using them . They do not use a hedge trimmer for bushes but a long poled weed wacker. Needless to say the trimming is minimal and its not even. They were suppose to treat a mesquite for bark beetle . I asked to send me the treatment product they would be using. This was on a Friday. Isiah got back and said it would happen on Monday due to his being out of town . Monday came and went. I requested it again and was sent a picture but not the product they would be using. When the mesquite was trimmed (all dead limbs were NOT removed )but held off on a later date due to a beetle infestation according to Isiah. They were suppose to do the job on the 27th. Again they were a no show but showed up on the appointed time on the 28th. I wanted to see the infestation that Isiah said my tree had. He showed me old dead wood with holes in it. I asked him again where the infestation was and he became upset with my inquiry stating that the beetle was not active now ( they were going to use stuff that one used for an ACTIVE infestation). When I questioned what was the point he stated he was going to use granules for any future infestation. He then refused to do the job since I insisted on seeing the "active" infestation. He also said any negative reasons on yelp would be taken down. Hmmn. If you use this service there are things that need to be considered; Will they show up when they say they will. Can you contact them without using yelp? Proper tools being used? They broke off a fair amount of my cacti so make certain ground level plants are PROTECTED from falling branches They are hard workers yet I think more experience ,proper tools and better communication will be a benefit to all.
