I would think a $1000 job was at least worth a little more courteous reply. But that's just me. First impressions are a good sign of there work. There's a few guys I did get a reply. One replied in 24-hrs. He got the work. You don't need to settle for second hand service. The good guys are out there. It's a little tough to find them.
