Big thanks to Rob and his team (Tara and Dana) for managing the refinance of our home mortgage…read more Rob reached out to me and recommended several refinance options, including a "zero cost" option - which we selected. Their team did all the work and coordinated with the Lender and the Closing Agent. I really appreciated that Tara and Dana provided explanations for all of the documents we had to upload. We uploaded them to Rob's site and his team managed the upload to the Lender. The Lender's site was confusing and they were asking for quite a few things that Rob's people just took care of for us. If you are looking for a very professional, friendly team with exceptional competence, please reach out to Tamaela Mortgage.

Initially we were…read moregetting ridiculous quotes from other contractors/ architects for our kitchen remodel which included the removal of two walls, gutting the existing kitchen, installing a new attic access hatch, modifying an exterior window, installation of new cabinets and countertops. Brian walked us through different pricing options and worked patiently with us to choose the best one. The field team mobilized quickly and were very friendly and easy to work with. There was a slight miscommunication during the project, but Brian worked through the issue and resolved it quickly and we were happy with how it all turned out. John and Brian were more than willing to have conversations on how to resolve some conflicts given that our house is over 100 years old and wasn't the easiest to work with! C3 was very easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process C3 exceeded our timeline expectations and continually hit milestones throughout construction. We ended up removing the cabinet and countertop installation from C3's scope, as the manufacture could warranty them if they installed. There was however a delay with the countertop install, so we had to ask C3 to come back at a later date. We were nervous that our project would get pushed back after the countertops were installed, but Brian and John were able to work with our schedule shifts and came back quickly to finish the job. After C3 demobilized from the jobsite, we had a few painting touchups and they quickly came out to fix and repair. Give these guys a call and you'll be sure to have your expectations met and exceeded! Thanks again for helping us build a wonderful kitchen!

We were so fortunate to have Ashley as our agent when buying our first home this year…read more We met her husband Adam at one open house event early this year and exchanged contact information. Just a few weeks later, once we felt ready to start our home search, we met Adam and Ashley at a coffee shop near our home where they walked us through the entire home buying process and answered all questions we had. Ashley is very knowledgeable, patient and kind, a great negotiator, and has a great list of contacts for all things we needed throughout the process. She has been there for us every step of the way and was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We strongly recommend her to anyone.

Our experience trying to sell our home was so discouraging. And after having several offers removed post-inspection we decided we needed to find someone new to work with. In stepped Ashley. Her understanding and practice of "full-service" realty was exactly what we needed. She had tremendous knowledge and the professional skills to help us navigate what we needed to do to get our older home back on the market. She utilized her contacts to help us with the necessary repairs and she was the one to coordinate all the appointments and work. Every step of the way she communicated very clearly and thoroughly with us and she was kind and respectful of our needs as a family. We never felt like we were a "small" client. Ashley put so much time and energy into selling our home. And throughout the process she was gently encouraging us, which was no small thing considering we had been so discouraged in our previous attempts to sell. We sold our home for over asking-price with multiple offers thanks to Ashley's expertise. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her work. It is great to work with someone who has the professional skills and wisdom to buy/sell a home and the people skills to treat others well and with respect in the process. We will certainly use Ashley when we buy a home or need to sell again!

I cannot recommend her enough to my friends that are purchasing homes; shes responsive, dedicated, thorough, organized and communicative. We worked with another mortgage company for 6 months before I decided to explore another option. Just over a year ago my husband started his own business and the other company kept telling us we would not qualify on our own so we would need a co-borrower. So we kept putting it off, not to mention we were told we would only get approved for 250k with over 15% down (because he ran the numbers and that was "best case scenario"). We thought we were never going to be able to purchase a home in this lifetime, it was not a fun experience working with this other company. So I decided to look on Yelp for another person to talk to - Wendy Mariani popped up and she was a God send. Wendy did what the other company could not do in 60 days; completely amazing! She was straight with us and gave us the bottom line and completely delivered above and beyond what we expected. My husband and I did not need a co-borrower and were able to qualify for 375k with a significantly lower down payment (I cant remember how much exactly). She dug through the fine print and threw everything at the wall to see what would stick to make our situation work. This is exactly the kind of person you want helping you purchase your first (or 2nd or any) home. If you are serious about purchasing a home Wendy is the one person you want in your corner, there's a reason she is ranked so high its because she walks the walk.

As the re-fi progressed through the various stages, he kept me informed of status and gave me the best options for it to be successful. He made things work and explained each step as we progressed through, and understood my unique situation. What kept this from being a 5 star review were the issues with the Title/Escrow company they chose (Fidelity). The paperwork was incorrect when Fidelity came to my house to close. The payoff amounts were not correct. Once we did close, a week had gone by without the payoffs being sent by Fidelity. These were Fidelity's issues, not Peter and TILAs, but it was the company they chose for this part of the process. After being patient for days, as soon as I brought these issues to Peter's attention, his pressure on Fidelity fixed things.

We spent a couple of hours doing our applications, uploading docs. Within a few hours. I looked online and saw that they raised the price by $200 putting it out of our range. By asking us for a co-signer and proceeding with our application, the company gave us the false impression that our offer was being seriously considered, which clearly was not the case. First time homebuyers, govt employees, and we had a firm neighborhood search image here in West Seattle. Aaron was a steady hand throughout the wild real estate summer of 2020, readily responding to bookings, moving quickly to book tours (no open houses), hopping on the ferry to check out really interesting options and quickly relaying us to his associates for more "curiosity" inspired listings. Throughout the process Aaron never tried to pressure or upsell us, while keeping us clear-eyed about the very competitive market in our chosen area and available price range. We developed our mutual understanding over a couple weeks and by the time our house came on the market, we all knew it was the right one. Aaron deployed his negotiation skills to close out a somewhat complicated sale amid an overheated market, and Aaron and Mike both helped steer us through the fairly complicated buying process and crazy loan market of fall 2020, and kept the rubber on the road throughout.
