She even stated she did not know how to look up stuff and I should write down what I wanted and someone would get back to me. I asked about another firearm I was looking for and she was equally lost on that one too. So why have an employee who doesn't know squat about firearms working there and the being the only employee in the store. Totally wasted my time driving there. I ended up buying two firearms at Murle's Gun Shop off of 377. A gun store is not a place to hire clueless employees. You lost my business today because you had a clueless girl working there.

I was asking him questions about a fire arm that I was looking at for several months. I was being respectful, but it seemed like he was frustrated with working. I think what broke his back was when I asked him why they were selling for more than another store. He stated that the manufacture tell them what price they can sell it at. I have been buying Guns my whole life I know the manufacture tells the lowest they can sell it for, but when another small gun store has is 100.00 dollars lower than you and also a big chain store has it 100.00 dollars cheaper than you. Its not the manufacture its you. Please under stand I did pay for more than I should of but I was going to range the next day so I needed it. I think with all that said the worst part of it was when the sales associate if I wanted or not. I rebuttal that with asking if he gave military discounts and he said Yeah with a attitude. I Told him no and I just left. I then came back a few minutes later and got another sales associate and just bought it. He was giving me some pretty bad looks. So I am telling this because service skills are very important.

The owner and his wife always greet you as you walk through the door. As others have said, it is predominantly a music and gun shop but I will add to that, coins and some jewelry. As with any pawn shop, know the value of what you have or what you are looking for and they are willing to strike a fair deal for both parties. I recently made a trade with them and was very happy with the deal we made.
