The garage door opener still worked, but obviously this needed to be fixed. I called today and Will came out a couple hours later. He did a great job explaining what happened, what alternatives there were, and in general, his problem-solving skills were top notch. He started with the least expensive option of trying to fix it first, though he wasn't/isn't sure if it would work or not. Because of this, he said that they would guarantee it for a couple months and if it doesn't hold, they will apply it towards me either purchasing a new panel or a new garage door, if the panel is not available. I appreciate an honest person and Will was. Five stars for quick response and excellent customer service.
