They were very nice to us when we came in last week to check it out, even though they could probably tell from our super casual attitude we were basically just kicking tires. The showroom itself has lots of different styles of lights on display to look at, plus a large bar up front for you to look through all kinds of design books and catalogues. In the back, a nice area with a big TV screen allows them to put pics from a computer or the internet up on a big screen for you to look through. I'm not exactly to the point in my life where I'm buying nice lighting fixtures, but I'm not that far off, so hopefully I'll be back here sometime soon as a customer.

I went with a different company who assured me that my gift would arrive on time. When that company failed to deliver my friend's gift I called Tulips back and went on a virtual shopping spree over the phone. Meredith walked me through tons of products and made recommendations for a self-care package and then assured me they would send it out in the mail that day. I can't say enough nice things about how lovely Meredith was. I received a phone call from Maria (another employee) the following day with an update. The postal service had not arrived to pick up the package so Paige (another employee) personally drove the package to my friend's home which is just outside Norman. With all the sadness and madness in today's world it meant so much to me to find this unexpected treat of a shop where you are treated like an important friend. If I could rate them a 0 I would. We purchased a new stove. When it was delivered they told us that…read moreour stove was hard wired so they couldn't install the new one. We had Mr. Electric come out and give us an estimate to have it fixed. They unhooked our stove, went out in the garage and came back and said it was going to cost about $800 to fix the problem. We don't have that kind of money so we told them we would let them know. Well, the guy never hooked our stove back up. We called and had them come out the next day, which he did and told us it would be $400.00. But, now only the clock works. They will not come back out and hook it back up right for us. Granted they came out to give us a quote, but hook our stove back correctly. Also, we got a quote from someone else to fix it for $140.00
