Iv been driving at this company since May 27. 2014. They have always been fair to me. Every year my miles have gone up. Even with taking hometime I still get 10000 miles a month or more. If Im low i just give them a heads up and most of the time I get the number of miles i need. I stay out for long times but when I want time off Im usually in on time or even a day before. Never had issue with pay, its always right on time. If i have a question I just ask. read more

I worked for this company for a few months and they released me owing me money for mileage from Auburn Washington to Stevenson Wisconsin and many other deliveries and I have all my bills and fuel bills which they paid. I drove for these folks for over seven years before I had to leave. I have never worked for a better company in all my 30+ years of driving. Doug and Eric can be tough at times when they have to, but are there when ever you need them. They will back their drivers always. If you are a hard dependable worker then you become part of the family. That's what Tri-Hi is, a family. Lynn will always make sure your pay and benefits are in order. This company is amazing!!! We worked here for 3 years and absolutely loved it. We came off the road for a few years and when deciding to go back to the road there was no discussion we knew we would come back here. The company is ran by family and they treat their drivers as family too. If you don't wanna work don't bother coming here. They will run you as hard as you want. Need a break? Just talk to them. This company treated me very well at FIRST. Got me a bus ticket and a hotel, and even provide me with one of their cars and the gift cards for food was a plus. They didn't explain to me over the phone that they were strictly West Coast and also forgot to mention that you'll have to put chains on your tires because they'll expect you to drive through the snow and mountains and forgot small details. The recruiters just try to get you in the door. The pay is low for what they're expecting you to do. I declined the offer right after their three day orientation and bought my own bus ticket home for that morning. I emailed him plenty of time earlier that morning. He told me to just go to the yard at 9am and that they would provide arrangements (causing me to miss my bus). I went back to sleep and woke up around 8 because two of the guys from there were there to pick up the car they had provided me with which I thought was weird. Then I asked the recruiter what arrangements they were providing me with and he basically told me the owner Doug was not willing to get me back home leaving me stranded stating that I should've contacted him the night before even though he told me different info that morning. The next bus wasn't until the next day so I had to pay for another night at the hotel and my bus ticket for the next day but ended up having a friend come get me. Companies like this are very nice up front but once they can't use you they don't care and will leave you stranded. Imagine if I had worked for this company how they'd treat me if my truck had broken down. This just tells me what type of company this is and their "family oriented" slogan is completely false. This is the BEST company to work for. The people are extremely nice. The trucks are well taken care of. The miles are there. You are not a number you are a name, your name. They are family run and operated. I nothing, I mean NOTHING bad to say about this company. 10 thumbs up. read more
