There is an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a kids play area, a beach, and many trails. We stayed in the lodge. The room was large. We were picking up my son from camp and I though we would have to share a room, but it was large enough that we ran out and bought a cheap air mattress so he could have his own bed. There are cabins on the property, a supper club, and a coffee bar, but we did not try any of those. The resort was quite busy. There were groups of all ages. While our room was large, the bathroom was very dated and in need of a renovation. There was a binder highlighting aspects of the lodge, but some of the pages had mold growing on them. I thought there was daily room cleaning, but our room was never touched. Perhaps I missed something. Definitely a place to check out if you are looking for lodging in the area.

Not to mention hilarious! All three cottages are warm, cheerful and charming and located below the main lodge/bar/hotel on the shores of pristine Clear Lake. Each room is uniquely decorated in "northwoods" style (loons, white-tail deer, fish). If you are a CLEAN-FREAK this is the place for you! Absolutely spotless. At the time of my last visit in 2007, 5 of the 6 units were still 2-room "suites" with kitchenette's. Perfect for small families or couples (sigh...wonderful memories).
