I had a very positive experience with this company. A neighbor that had used them for several years recommended them to me. I needed their staff to evaluate the pool equipment to see if anything needed service or replacing before we put the house on the market. I secretly held my breath knowing this could be an opportunity for a company to make a little extra cash, especially since I am a pool "newbie" and could be fooled. Imagine my relief when slates in the filter and a valve were all that needed replacing...to the tune of less that $300, including the service call. The woman I spoke with just made excuses of being new and being thrown into this position as why she ran my CC without authorization or even a call to let me know they messed up and when would be a good time to collect. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO OPEN OR CLOSE YOUR POOL!  VERY POOR WORK & COMMUNICATION IS NON EXISTANT, AS WELL AS  CUSTOMER SERVICE!  YOU CAN'T EVEN GET THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE, CALL OR EMAIL YOU BACK :( We hired them to open our 30'x50' inground pool this year (6/5/2018)  & they gave a contract saying pool would be at least 90% clean when done opening.  They left the deep end completely leaf covered & pool still green because of leaves left in bottom of the deep end of  our pool.   They left on 6/12/18 (3rd visit) saying pool was 95% clean & leaf cleared, and that the green water would be clear in 36 hours and ready for use.   Well that didn't happen because they didn't even clean any leaves out of the deep end bottom so Algae kept growing & therefore kept water green! Then they have the audacity to bill us for $332 worth of wasted chemicals they used & were supposed to use our supplied chemicals anyway after they cleaned the pool,hwhich never happened.   They never even rinsed off our cover after removing it for storage & then still had to beg for them for days to put cover away as contract stated would happen. We tried calling them daily since 6/5/18 1st appointment and also  emailed them daily with pics, and notified them of things not done as Full Open contract stated would be done a no reply from owner!   So we asked to be refunded because employee, Virginia finally offered a full refund to us on 6/8/18 when she finally responded one time to all of our calls & emails and then when we agreed  refunded instead of them coming back out for a 4th time, and then Virginia denied our refund! Company will not ever answer the phone or email you back!  They have cost us so much money to have our pool fixed & opened, it's sickening!   They left skimmer filter basket covers off & line got clogged up very badly.  They cracked our stamped concrete beside the shallow end of our pool with their machine they had sitting there & when reported that to Virginia & owner, no response!   This is just a short list of items not done at pool opening that were on our contract stating they would be done for a Full Opening Package.   We pre-paid for 2018 Full Open & Close Package & Virginia denied our refund after offering us a full refund on 6/8/2018 email sent to me at 4:20pm. Tri County was my go-to every Summer because Virginia was very knowledgable and extended me store credit because I 'needed' so many chemicals to get my water straight. Great and thank you for being so kind. I would go back whenever I needed shock or other chemicals over the years with no problems, Then about 5 years ago, something kept staining the bottom of the pool. Virginia suggested to use the black mustard remover and 6 lbs of shock - okay, fine - about $70 worth of stuff. Followed directions to the letter, and the stain remained. All of the water tests were within normal range, but the stain persisted. I did some research, and thought it may be from the heavy metals coming out of the hose that we had in the pool to top it off - it was in a fan shape, like it came out of a hose. I go back to the store and tell Virginia that I don't think algae is the problem, there's no algae anywhere in the pool, it may be the heavy metals staining the liner. I didn't have the sentence completely out of my mouth, and she said, "you need to shut up and listen to me. It's algae." I told her that I had listened too much for too long, and spent too much money in that store for her to talk to me like that, turned around and left. I bought some stuff to scrub the liner to remove metal deposits and the liner was fine after that. I knew what kind of vehicle she drove, so if it was in the parking lot, I would drive to the next closest pool store just to avoid having to deal with her unprofessional and nasty attitude. After not seeing her vehicle for about a year, I finally bit the bullet and went inside. Everyone has been very pleasant, not one hint of unprofessionalism, and they offer solutions AFTER listening to the problem. I'm hoping this is a turn for the better and they'll stay this way, but if Virginia makes a comeback, I'm never going in that store again. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, my husband stopped in to inquire about getting a pool, Virginia gave my husband a quote, he said he had to talk to me and we would discuss it, she then called him and told him that she ordered the liner, (she didn't give us an option to pick a liner, she said that they were all selling out) then I wanted to go see the pool and get a work up so that the price was accurate, we left with out her giving is a work up and then she called my husband later and told him that she ordered the wrong the liner size. Then we hadn't heard from her about putting a deposit down so I called her and asked when we could do that and how much it would be and she told me it was 1200.00 more then what she quoted my husband. Her excuse was that she didn't add the install in the price, the original price she gave my husband was 5700.00 she told me 6900.00, then when my husband called and spoke with her she said she could do it for 5900.00 he told her to let him know when he had to have the deposit to her by and she never got back to him about that, then about 2 weeks ago she calls my husband and asks him if he wanted a 27 foot round pool and he said he didn't think he could fit that in our yard but he would check, he came home checked and called her back and said we couldn't fit that size in our yard. He called back the next day to see if the would do the equivalent in gallon size oval pool, he left a message, three days went by and he still hadn't had a phone call back so he called and was told again she was with a customer that she would take a message and have her call him back. The day went by and still no call back, so I decided to call and it went to voicemail then my husband called and went to voice mail and then she called him back, he asked her about the oval pool and she said that they wouldn't do that, and again said something about the 27 foot pool And he said I can not fit that in my yard, then she said that there was three braces missing from the pool set that we were trying to purchase, then told my husband that she would do what she could to find the braces. We hadn't heard anything from her since then so I called on 6/19 at 10 am and left a voicemail- they are closed Saturday and Sunday-, and received nothing back, called his morning 6/22 at 9:15 and spoke with her, in our conversation she told me that she never called my husband to tell him she ordered the wrong liner, told me that she offered the 27 foot pool and I said mam you also scheduled the install date for 6/24 which is on two days and your telling me we don't have a pool to be installed, she then told me that the distributor said they could have the braces for the pool on august and she told them no because she said who wants a pool in august, last I checked August is still pretty hot! She then had the nerve to tell me that well there hasn't even been a purchase of the pool anyway, I said well because mam we have been asking you for a month now to give us a work up and you kept telling us to hold off on it so that's not on us that is on you, so I told her to cancel the order and she was like well let me talk to the distributor, and I said what are the three braces just going to magically appear? I told her to cancel the order and that I was going to leave a review on how horrible this whole situation has been and then told her to have a nice day!! We Contracted this company to install a new liner and coping for our pool. Started the estimating process in Feb. 2017 because we wanted our pool done by May 1. Tri-Counties said it would be no problem to have it done by May 1 (it turned out to be 17 days of work total). There were a few unknown issues with our pool, and some bad weather days which understandably extended the work by a few days, but not over a month. Our pool was not finished until the second week of June 2017, well over a month late. Even with the delays we were told it would be done by May 30. We had to cancel two family parties due to it taking so long to finish, and our backyard being in complete disarray. There were multiple times where we were told someone would come out to our house and never showed up. One of the delays was due to them not ordering enough coping to go around our pool, which set us back at least two more days. After a week of getting no work done, we called to just get an update as to a timeframe on finishing the Job and we were told, "Our other customer that's getting a liner isn't calling everyday and BAGGERING us like you are". Our grass was killed In three different spots due to them leaving debris from the job lying around for so long (I had to rake up excess concrete that they left in my grass). The workers borrowed our ladder and left it in the bottom of the pool overnight, to rust, in 2 feet of water, which I then had to fish out. There were several other issues that came up throughout this whole process. I would not recommend this company. read more
