These guys are the best at what they do. Fixed my lawnmower quick and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Have used Diamond Shine several times now to clean my windows. Chris is prompt (never late),…read morefriendly and very thorough. Have already booked for next year!

This company has numerous positive reviews highlighting their professionalism, punctuality and…read morepleased with the outcome. In my conversation with Chris I mentioned I was calling him because of those comments. Chris gave me a date and time for our second floor windows to be cleaned. Forty minutes after the scheduled time, I sent a text inquiring if we were on that day's schedule; the reply came back affirmative traffic was bad; another text sent asking for a estimate time for their arrival. They arrived ten minutes shy of 3 hours. Imagine opening your door and two men starring at you and after a long pause the trainee volunteers we're here to clean your windows. In my opinion Mike's behavior never was professional while in our condo. Was he angry receiving texts wondering when he would arrive? Maybe this unfriendly attitude is his normal for him. The trainee was friendly and professional. The next morning the sun highlighted the drips on the slider as well as multiple permanent scratches on the slider as well as two of the five windows. I ultimately called Chris. He couldn't understand how the scratches were caused by Mike or by the mop. If the employee sees scratches, the homeowner will be given paperwork acknowledging damage before cleaning starts. We were not given any paperwork. I asked Chris to come and see the results because I didn't want to post a negative review. Chris gave me a time and date; I didn't choose the time or the date. Twenty minutes after the scheduled time I sent a text inquiring the arrival time; no response. We waited for two hours and left the condo. We came back to the condo and once again three hours later Chris arrived. I find it unprofessional when you answer the door for a contractor to not have them introduce themselves considering you are a first time customer. Why is it the homeowner's responsibility to ask "Are you Chris"? He denied that the scratches were caused by Mike or the mop. I find it interesting the two windows and the one slider which have the scratches were done by Mike not the trainee. Unfortunately the trainee did leave a slider panel with drip marks. After listening to multiple excuses-- Your windows were dirty you probably didn't notice the scratches. In your remodel you didn't notice scratches. I never brought up the condo was remodeled. Asked if we had another company clean our slider, he blamed them. Clean Lanai cleaned our lanai screens as well as our slider. I will use Clean Lanai again and enthusiastically recommend them. Ultimately Chris was asked to leave and he was informed a negative review would be posted.
